Centrado Café Shop

I love it. Glenda took my order to go, she was very nice and pleasant. She explained all the details of the menu. I got Pupusas and chicharrones with yucca. She suggested that plenty coffee flavors, I got the caramel macchiato and enjoy it a lot while I was waiting for my order. Centrado cafe is a great place to get together with friends, I see myself coming back soon!

Just discovered this spot and I was so happy to see such a unique cafe concept. They offer Latin-American foods and drinks and have a very similar decor and vibe to match everything. I ordered a spicy chai latte and tex mex steak quesadilla and was very happy with it.

The person who took my order (Glenda) was super kind and even showed me around to the back entrance of the luchador bar & eats which has a door inside the cafe.

Be aware that parking is limited but right in front of the cafe but you can always park in the surrounding lots and walk over.

Otherwise it’s a very cool spot and I can’t wait to come back.

One late night while I was working nonstop at my photo studio, I had the strongest craving for esquites/crazy corn on the cob 🌽😅. It was already late, everything was closed, and I was scrolling through Google hoping for a miracle… and that’s when I found Luchador Bar & Eats.
Not only were they OPEN, but they also had my favorite treats—corn on the cob, churros, and all the good snacks. I immediately told my boyfriend, “Babe, you HAVE to take me for a drive right now.” 😂 And wow… best decision.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly, especially Glenda—she was kind, welcoming, and made the experience even better. While waiting for our food, we started chatting, and I told her how shocked I was that I had never noticed this place before. I also mentioned how much I love breakfast, and that’s when she told me about Centrado Café Shop, right next door.

The following weekend we went to the café—and now it’s officially our spot 😆. My friends and family come here at least once a week. My studio is only about 5 miles away, so it couldn’t be more perfect.
I also want to give a special shoutout to Jaime, the owner—an amazing human with a great personality. He’s genuinely kind, welcoming, and truly cares about his customers, which makes the experience even more special.

If you’re looking for authentic food with a twist, this is the place. Traditional flavors with creative touches, amazing food, great drinks, relaxed vibe, and an incredible team.

Bonus: If you work from home or need a place to telework, bring your laptop 💻—it’s a friendly, comfortable environment to get things done while enjoying great food.

Vilma and the others gave amazing service and a wonderful experience! I got a chai matcha that was wonderful and fairly priced. It was cheaper than a coffee shop chain and better quality ingredients! Along with our drinks we purchased some merch and fresh coffee beans. We will definitely be back to support a local business! Please try this place out!

The food was delicious and overall everything was great. The atmosphere was very cozy, and I really appreciated the wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They also offer a nice selection of drinks—hot or cold, caffeinated or decaf, as well as both cultured and American-style options.
My only frustration was being charged almost $3 for a small cup of crema to go with my beans. In my experience, plain beans usually come with crema included, so paying extra for it felt a bit excessive and unnecessarily added to the total bill.
Side note: ordering is done by standing in line, as there is no table service.

Asada fries are to die for. Get them every time and they never fail to hit the spot. All their cafe drinks are good too!
