Chipotle Mexican Grill

ALWAYS check your bag when you go through the drive thru. I paid for steak and my bowl was completely chicken. Asked for no rice and bowl was filled with rice. The order is written out when done online, so how is it that it gets completely messed up?

Lalani was amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure that my bowl was made with care. She even changed her gloves when one became compromised and gave the absolute best customer service. Justin was also wonderful, he made sure my that my bowl was secure and that I had all of the essentials necessary to enjoy my meal! Love this chipotle and I will continue to visit for the exceptional service and delicious bites!

I got a chicken bowl with extra steak and it hit the spot. Portions were solid, and when I asked for extra rice and corn, the crew didn’t hesitate—they were friendly and seemed happy to help. My wife had a chicken bowl too, plus we shared chips and guac, all of it was really good.

The place was clean, the team had good energy, and you could tell they actually care about the customers. Overall, just a great experience at this Chipotle.

I will never go to this location they almost give you empty bowl. I thought it was me but all my other friends complained about it. It’s to the point unusual. Other locations are much better you can go to the one Cherry Hill, you will get bigger portion

So basically they didn’t even put a full spoon atleast of every ingridient it was barely half of it and they didn’t give me the guac i got for free bad service over all

I am a frequent Chipotle customer, and this experience left me feeling disrespected, embarrassed, and discriminated against.

I ordered a bowl and attempted to pay with cash, but the cashier refused to accept my payment because one of my bills had a small rip. When I asked why, she did not provide an explanation and instead told me I needed to use a card. When I requested to speak with a manager, she claimed that she herself was the manager but refused to provide her name when I asked.

At that point, I prepared to pay with Apple Pay and picked up my bag to confirm that I had my salad dressing and water cup. The cashier then snatched the bag out of my hand in front of staff and other customers and walked away toward the kitchen. When I asked why she did this, she accused me of “trying to steal” my food. This accusation was completely false, unfounded, and humiliating.

She further stated that she would only remake my bowl if I paid first, otherwise she would call the police. This is contrary to Chipotle’s usual process of ordering before payment, and her hostility was shocking. The entire situation escalated in a very unprofessional manner, with her refusing to give her name or a business card.

As an African American customer, I strongly feel that her behavior and accusation were racially biased and discriminatory. This was not only unprofessional, but it left me feeling targeted and extremely uncomfortable at what is supposed to be my neighborhood Chipotle.

This entire interaction was witnessed by staff and customers, and I have it recorded on video. I am certain the store’s security cameras also captured what occurred at the register.

Given the seriousness of this incident, I respectfully request a follow-up to discuss this matter further. If helpful, I am willing to provide the video evidence I recorded. I would also like to know what corrective actions will be taken to ensure no customer is treated this way again.

I have no clue why so many people in these reviews are complaining maybe i just went on a good day but the food was so fresh and the portions were insanely big. They were also very nice and efficient. Most chicken i’ve ever gotten from one scoop at chipotle

You have young people having more fun with personal conversation. I asked for a bowl with chicken and green peppers and onions. The young girl put one tong of green peppers on my bowl and was proceeding to ask me what next. I am insulted that she did again. You need to work on customer service skills. Sad how people are paying higher prices and barely getting a kids meal.

I asked the guy(manager), can i have the sour cream on the side. No response. After he’s done with my wife’s order, I asked him again can I get my sour cream. He said I HEARD YOU! Then he gave half-filled sour creams for us. I asked him can you fill it up more. He obliged.

We’ve been going to this Chipotle since it opened. But, this franchise has gone downhill quickly since corporate hired this guy/manager (yes, that heavyset Hispanic guy). Terrible attitude and corporate do not care.

When we left and getting ready to go in the park lot, another lady stormed out of the store super mad. I think she had issue with her order when we were inside. The guy yelled at her to wait a minute, I am with a customer (us). I had a bad omen seeing that guy as soon as I entered the store. He’s a new hire recently. I never saw him previously since the store opened.
