Domino's Pizza

Bad service when I called he acted like he didn’t listen and was laughing in the back he hang up on me I called again and I was able to place my order so we did it and an hour pass I didnt het the pizza I called he is sayin they can’t get to me because of the snow I said ok but y’all didn’t call me and he said wait you pizza been sitting here for 20 minutes we can reheat it and send it I was like no so yeah don’t play with people time I could have order somewhere else

We just left this Dominos. It usually has nice friendly service. My husband just walked in for our pizza and other food and two people who worked there LITERALLY IGNORED my husband!!!! What is wrong with people? What's up with that kind of disrespectful service? Ridiculous. He had to walk out of the dominos in Rockville because of that and now the one in Burtonsville? I'm surprised and very disappointed. I will be contacting upper management with Dominos very soon.

Ordered two pizzas, one medium stuffed crust and one large ny style. The ny style came out fine and tasted decent but the medium stuffed crust was undercooked and smelled funny. I put the medium stuffed crust in the oven at 325°F for 20 min to give time to cook. I usually like well done crispy pizza, but even after taking it out the oven it didnt taste right. Like the crust was old and possibly bad. Didn't smell or taste like a dominos pizza.

Apparently all the thin crust comes with square cut as standard… this was not told to me while ordering and the rather rude employee refused to help. Never eating here again. -10/10

Pizza with stuffed crust extra cheese and pepperoni was delicious! Mark was excellent and helped make the order better but Daquon delivered was above and beyond awesome!! Will come back!!

I will never order from this dominos again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else order.

I placed an order for my kids and had it delivered. I was looking at my camera after the pizza had already been delivered and I can see the delivery man digging in his nose, then wiping his hands on his shirt.

With the same hand he then handed my kids a half open box of pizza. That is beyond disgusting.

When I called the store I was told they couldn’t do anything about it.

Had I have been home at the time of delivery this wouldn’t have EVER been acceptable.

Kevin the manager swiftly and promptly took care of an issue I had, that was minor. Let me say this, good business keeps business. I will definitely be a returning customer due to my experience.

Won't answer phone can't get through. Absolutely ridiculous. Get forwarded. So I got a hold of the store she forwarded me to somewhere that hung up. I called back and she hung up. Terrible service

Domino’s Pizza Burtonsville, Maryland old Columbia Pike is a joke. I order extra pepperoni and extra mushroom. I did not get that on my pizza when I called the manager told me when you order two toppings extra they give you less, what a joke I guess I will go next-door to Papa John’s next time.

I have been patronizing this location for 15 years and have never been so disappointed. Look at this burnt pizza. Never again.

Staff here is the friendliest people you will meet. Food is always ready on time and made exactly as advertised. Would recommend
