Today I had a very bitter experience, a girl, Janely, who serves you, treats you terribly. You go to the store to buy, not to ask for a gift. They should treat the clientele a little better or else look for another job.

Sunday March 3, 2024Came here for an early morning breakfast. Was greeted when I came in, that's a plus. The previous employee customer service was horrible. I ordered a small Iced Signature Churro Latte and some other items. The other items were fine, no complaints there. The latte was horrible. NO TASTE WHATSOEVER. NONE. I couldn't taste the cinnamon, sugar, whipped cream.... NOTHING. Just a cold liquid that's supposed to have hints of coffee flavor. You all need to fix this. To pay $4.59 for cold, brown water with ice and whipped cream is ridiculous. If you need taste testers to help you with your recipes, I'll volunteer. But you really have to fix this. I don't spend my money at Starbucks, but if you want a repeat customer, fix the watered down Lattes!!!! People of Burtonsville, we have to demand more from these businesses receiving our money. This DD location will stop selling watered down drinks when enough of you complain about it! That's what Google reviews is for.... USE IT!

I have come here a few times. Today, my whole order was disgusting. I love Dunkin. This location is horrible. I asked for a refund today, and the manager was nasty about it. Absolutely rude and horrible. Do not come here.

First and foremost the place is not crowded, quick to get attended. Customer service is excellent but the donuts were dry and not fresh. I should have listened to one guy when he said I should request for fresh donuts but giving a benefit of a doubt, I honestly thought he was joking. Even the Matcha latte was full of milk than matcha itself. Please do better with your food. It is more important than everything.

The shop wasn't crowded, so service was fast. The atmosphere was holiday festive and clean. I just had black coffee, which was typical dunkin: hot and flavorful.

Beware that the prices listed on the web are not the prices you get charged in the store. I ordered several boxes of coffee and hot chocolate for an event over the phone - when I got to the store the price per coffee was $4.00 more per box and $ 8.00 more per hot chocolate. I thought this was outrageous!!! The store manager was very condescending and basically said too bad. I rate with ZERO stars!

Usually go to this Dunkin' whenever me and my family want to eat Naz's halal! Got a ½ dozen donut pack and the server (Sissy) was so patient with us choosing the ones we like. Her service was incredible awesome!! Loved her and will come again just for her?✨

If you order curbside, just go inside and pick it up. Sat in my car for 10 minutes looking at my drink just sitting there. Ended up going inside and getting it myself. Why offer curbside if you don’t actually do it?
May2023: 5: I went by in the evening to get dessert for several family members. We stood in line for a while but we were eventually called for our order. Each of the ice cream selections we desired were in the freezer at the time ready and waiting for our choice to pick it. The workers were quick and polite. Several choices later, were all happy and getting fatter thanks to our choices. The front of the restaurant was congested with vehicle traffic and there were no handicap parking spaces available adjacent to the front door. There was some outside seating, but it too was very limited. Only four people could sit so we sat on our vehicles at the parking lot and enjoyed our ice cream selections.

Today my daughter and I visited this Dunkin Doughnut. This location has been our Wednesday tradition since 2013. Nevertheless, I purchased two ice cream cones and decided to try their dairy free ice cream. After paying for both, and tipping the cashier Kalya(she was very polite) I then walked towards the door and took a lick of the dairy free ice cream. I did not like the taste. I returned back to the cashier Kayla and asked if I could switch it for another flavor. The manager Rinku immediately rushed over stated “NO”. I asked why and she pointed out “we have spoons to taste it”. I pointed out I was not aware of this process or was I even offered to taste it before buying. She said “This isn’t her fault and I can throw the ice cream away if I don’t like it!) After seeing how aggressive and impolite Rinku was conducting herself, I decided not to engage any further with her as my little girl was standing there in disbelief. I’m sorry to say after this negative experience tarnishing my evening with my daughter, I will NEVER go back or recommend this Dunkin Doughnut location to anyone.

This place is always a problem when it comes to making smoothies every dunkin donuts adds ice cream yogurt to make smoothies this place had a problem with adding it and denied the request when it's seems to be there signature receipt... this will be the 3rd time there's a issue at this location. Never again goin back to this place!!!!
