I call several times to order food no answer, and i will not call and order there ever again no one will answer the phone.

Burtonsville location. Orientation of new employees taking place. Lunch hour very busy drive thru. Ordered a #7, no cheese (2 hamburgers), medium with coke. Asked to park in #3 spot. Was brought 2 different sandwiches, then I just walked inside and recd my correct order. All employees who helped me were always pleasant, professional and responded with positivity-even through the incorrect orders attempted. I haven't been here for years, but even with the challenges, I will return due to everyone's great attitude.

Very slow service. Ordered a simple breakfast sandwich at the drive thru and had to wait over 10 minutes in the reserved drive thru parking after I ordered, while over 6 other cars behind me all got their orders.

More of a tip than a review lol maybe don't walk around with a bottle of Roundup spraying the drive-thru at 12:38pm on May 2nd lol it's 2025 the tree huggers will get you. Also maybe give your employee doing it a mask even if it is just for looks. Roundup is no joke

Ordered ahead. Got there and no one took my order number at the drive through intercom for 10 min while they took orders for the 2nd lane. When I pulled up to the window to ask about my order, they took forever to just print the receipt and then told me to wait at the reserved drive through spot. Over 1 hr just for a Big Mac meal and chicken nuggets. Absolutely the worst experience at McDonalds.

I was just walking in like an average McDonald’s, ordering my a kiosk, then I see a man complaining that he was waiting for his food in the drive thru for 10 minutes, and starts grabbing us drink from the employee section and pays for the money and backtalks to the employees that they should “ learn something “ like geez, your job is to get the order right, THEN my food came, and listen. I ordered the supposedly infamous adult Minecraft movie meal for the toy. But after one minute it came. LIKE WHAT?

The drive-thru in the morning is so fast I love it
it was my first time doing a mobile order and the food came very bad i orded a frappe and i came with a cube of ice very also they added 4 straws just for one drink and the food came crused specially the fries and everything very unprofessional i understand it was a big order but could it done a better job organizing the food wish i had pictures to show

This McDonald’s does not care about customer service at all. They are constantly rude or dismissive attitude and food is always cold or wrong. 😑 I just got a sandwich and instead of steak egg and cheese which is more expensive I got a cold and rubbery bacon egg and cheese . Don’t waste your money or energy by going here.

Almost poisoned me !!!! I was in a rush , grabbed chicken sandwich and it was VERY VERY VERY RAW!!! I immediately spit out and send a complaint to corporation. Respond was “we are trying our best”… what???? You are serving raw chicken that can potentially be lethal.
