Out of chocolate milk but food was fine
I went there today for an early lunch around 11. My burger was old and disgusting I could not even finish my food. This is atleast the 3rd time I been to this location and have issues. With food missing, a green egg on my breakfast sandwich now This with the burger. Also the lady at the window that took my payment was rude not friendly at all. No thank you. I even said thank you and she just looked at me with disgust. What was disgusting is the burger I paid for! Yuck I don't eat at McDonald's often so when I do. I expect fresh food at the least.

Absolute trash staff don’t have the manners to even say Hello or a Thank you after you paid their hourly pay. Refuse to substitute sausage/ bacon with Egg. Never been refused a substitute especially when you’re asking for NO MEAT!! Save your money and go across the street to Tacobell , Dunkin and plenty of other options.
Great And nice. Food was awesome well prepare. The services from the manager was amazing and helpful

My son was eating his wrap yesterday when he bit into something that he realized was A BROKEN FINGERNAIL! And listen, I understand mistakes happen, but the fact that it happened to my child, I decided to go talk the manager about it and when my husband and I showed her the fingernail she first said it was impossible & that it could not have happened, then she proceeded to scream at all of her employees in front of all the customers and kept denying the possibility of it happening, I told her I wasn’t there to get anyone in trouble or to start trouble (my husband and I were cool calm and collected when we approached her so she should consider herself lucky it was us and not someone else) but the way she was treating us and her employees at that point was just wrong, unprofessional and unacceptable. When I asked her for a solution, she said there’s nothing she could do because there is no fingernail after she played in the food mess to hide the nail, so then my husband started going through the freaking wrapper himself to find the nasty fingernail since she was now denying and dismissing the situation until he found it, but at this point the manager had already escalated the situation in unnecessary ways for example, her complaining and yelling again to her employees (in a different language that I was able to understand because I speak the language as well) about other customers not asking for their respective orders in the middle of me talking to her. Her demeanor, attitude and disgusting behavior made me start losing my patience so I told her she was loud and wrong and that she was about to get in trouble for blowing things out of proportion for absolutely no reason and that’s when she decided to refund me the money for the purchase. I just hope this doesn’t happen to her child or a person that she deeply loves or cares for and that she doesn’t get treated the way she treated us. No customer and no employee should ever be treated with that level of disrespect no matter where you go or who you are.

What's the point of advertising a Spicy Egg McMuffin and delivering a plain one? 🙄

I stopped by McDonald’s today, as I usually do, to order a shareable. When I placed my order at the drive-thru, I mentioned the shareable to the person taking my order (I believe his name was Eduardo or Jonathan), but he immediately gave me a hard time. He told me they didn’t have it and suggested I go to another location instead. I asked if it might just not be showing on his screen or if I could possibly order it inside, but he was very dismissive and insistent that I leave and try somewhere else. It was a frustrating experience, especially since I come here regularly. I just wanted to share this so others are aware and hopefully it can be addressed. I still came inside and told the manager she didn't seem to care and I was able to place my order inside

Although the staff were smiling & the restaurant was clean, they are (strangely) standing around and telling customers to order on a screen. Weird experience.
However, they seem to have real flowers on the table, a nice touch.

You have to buy your own food, the machine is difficult, while there's a guy who gets paid to sit next to you in case you need help, it's ridiculous.
