Your delivery driver Joe is exceptional. His customer service is superior. He kept me in the loop on when my order would arrive and gave me a heads up when he was here. Little actions that made the delivery seamless and easy that other people don’t even think about. The extra steps he took will be the reason in order again in the future.

I'm giving my review for the Papa John's in Burtonsville location. My church hosted an Hallelujah Harvest event for 50 children.
We ordered pizzas from Papa John's. The delivery was right on time and the pizzas were still hot. The pizzas were absolutely delicious and the service was superb. We placed our order by phone, but I've visited the Papa John's takeout many times, and every visit the kitchen was clean and the staff/cooks were clean and polite!! I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA AT the BURTONSVILLE location!! THANK YOU PAPA JOHN'S BURTONSVILLE...PLEASE ORDER YOUR PIZZA WITH THEM. YOU WILL BE PLEASED!! GOD BLESS YOU GUYS!

Very nice people. Only the manager and a young lady working.It was early evening. Both are very professional and clearly skilled under pressure. They had it done. Pizza is delicious, goodly amount of extra cheese. Thanks

We order delivery from this location quite often. Picky kid eaters...anyway we got an incorrect delivery but the mamager(s) were great and gave us two free pizzas.

I came in here to pick up my online order. There wasn’t anyone in the front so I had to wait for someone. A person walked in after me and instead of the person helping me because clearly I was there first he helped the person after me. Instead of yelling from the back he should have walked to the front and he would have seen me. No, I am not the tallest and the other person was. However, if he would have walked to the front he would have seen me. Then my order wasn’t even ready. Why mark it as ready for pick up if it’s not really ready? I started to not get the food at all because the customer service was terrible. Moving forward I won’t be back!!!

Update: I ended up not getting the food at all because I watched the guy in the back touch my pizza with his bare hands after he finished touching other stuff. When preparing people food gloves should be worn at all times fyi. Then he was holding the metal thing they use to pull the pizza out of the oven over the floor. Just NASTY!!!!!

We had an order mistake with my pizza that turned out to be my fault not theirs but Ricky took care of it anyway and was awesome. Amazing customer service. We will definitely continue to order from them because of Ricky and the crew here.

This pizza is dried out! I just had this pizza delivered and it's barely hot! The toppings are so dried out you can tell the delivery driver must have made several stops before he delivered to my house. This pizza looks like it's been sitting under a hot lamp. This is unacceptable! There are barely any veggies on here and it's like eating dough! Food should be hot and kept at an acceptable temperature to avoid getting salmonella. Unacceptable!

I came in around 11:15 on Friday for a pickup order. The store associate was super friendly and helpful. He was so kind and amazing. The order was correct and ready to go. I ended up ordering more pizza later in the day and the delivery driver was also great. Thank you guys <3

I ordered a pizza from this location not only did they not deliver the food I ordered, I got charged twice with the store claiming that my order was not in their system mean while they already took the money out my account.

I have a bitter experience in my recent order. I have placed an order for delivery and provided the instructions to drop my order at door. The delivery boy keep on knocking the door very loudly and not delivered the food. My daughter went to the door and opened and the delivery boy shouting loudly. This is so embarrassing and I called Papa Johns and explained my experience.

The best Papa John’s. If I left the area, I’d travel back to this location for pizza. Whatever yall are doing, keep it up!

I did not have a good experience at this place and I would be careful when ordering through their third party outsourced phone system. I asked for the Brooklyn style pizza with chicken and three cheese blend thinking that they would put extra cheese on my pizza. I paid nearly three extra dollars for the additional three cheese topping and when I came into the store to pick up the pizza the store basically substituted the mozzarella for the three cheese blend and it didn't even cover the whole pizza. There were patches of pizza sauce in the center. I recommend you ask for extra cheese. The people in the store should have offered to remake the pizza or at least cook the pizza with the extra cheese that I paid for. They lost a customer. I get much better pizza from hip hop fish and chicken and pizza and I can pay have the price ($8.00) at Harris teeter for their pizza.
