Papa Johns Pizza

I have a bitter experience in my recent order. I have placed an order for delivery and provided the instructions to drop my order at door. The delivery boy keep on knocking the door very loudly and not delivered the food. My daughter went to the door and opened and the delivery boy shouting loudly. This is so embarrassing and I called Papa Johns and explained my experience.

The best Papa John’s. If I left the area, I’d travel back to this location for pizza. Whatever yall are doing, keep it up!

I did not have a good experience at this place and I would be careful when ordering through their third party outsourced phone system. I asked for the Brooklyn style pizza with chicken and three cheese blend thinking that they would put extra cheese on my pizza. I paid nearly three extra dollars for the additional three cheese topping and when I came into the store to pick up the pizza the store basically substituted the mozzarella for the three cheese blend and it didn't even cover the whole pizza. There were patches of pizza sauce in the center. I recommend you ask for extra cheese. The people in the store should have offered to remake the pizza or at least cook the pizza with the extra cheese that I paid for. They lost a customer. I get much better pizza from hip hop fish and chicken and pizza and I can pay have the price ($8.00) at Harris teeter for their pizza.

I ordered my 6 pizzas a day ahead of time. They arrived on time, along with plenty of plates and napkins. When I later needed a copy of the receipt, Mr. Rodriguez made sure that I had received it via email. I appreciated the excellent customer service!

It's been a while since I ordered from Papa John's but I was pleasantly surprised I placed an order online the great deal and my pizza was ready in 30 minutes. They even provided me with paper plates which I really appreciate doing this without even having to ask was a great addition.

Not sure if it's the manager or the owner responsible for this but they have stopped taking Ravens and Orioles discounts. Stunningly stupid thing to do. Squisitos is significantly better pizza and 30 seconds away

Placed a pick-up order on the 31st. One of my pizzas had been tampered with (pepper bitten, garlic open and spilled). I've called 5 times. I called the night of in which I was told i'd receive a refund in 3-5 business days. My second call i'd been told that they do not know when I will receive my refund and it'll depend on my bank. My third call, I was told that i'd receive it the following day by 12. The following day I called back, and I was told by another person that it'd been processed a week prior and to check with my bank and call back if it hadn’t gone through. I call back and get told there’s nothing they can do. This issue has been taken very lightly being as though there is a health violation involved. Ive worked at several restaurants, a few pizza places as a manager in which I know the FDA or the auditor would not be pleased. It’s not about the money it’s more about the lack of concern and urgency. I will not be spending my money here again.

Feels like management has changed, and not for the better. Placed an order over the phone, was told 30 min. I arrive and it's almost done. 40 minutes later, oh sorry we lost the ticket. And to add insult to injury, they know charge for extra pepperonci peppers on the side. I have NEVER been charged in the past. Slow, incompetent, and penny pinching. Luckily Dominos was down the street lol. They completed my order in 15 min and had a laugh at my story. Skip Papa Who, go to Dominos down the street.
