Placed a pick-up order on the 31st. One of my pizzas had been tampered with (pepper bitten, garlic open and spilled). I've called 5 times. I called the night of in which I was told i'd receive a refund in 3-5 business days. My second call i'd been told that they do not know when I will receive my refund and it'll depend on my bank. My third call, I was told that i'd receive it the following day by 12. The following day I called back, and I was told by another person that it'd been processed a week prior and to check with my bank and call back if it hadn’t gone through. I call back and get told there’s nothing they can do. This issue has been taken very lightly being as though there is a health violation involved. Ive worked at several restaurants, a few pizza places as a manager in which I know the FDA or the auditor would not be pleased. It’s not about the money it’s more about the lack of concern and urgency. I will not be spending my money here again.

Feels like management has changed, and not for the better. Placed an order over the phone, was told 30 min. I arrive and it's almost done. 40 minutes later, oh sorry we lost the ticket. And to add insult to injury, they know charge for extra pepperonci peppers on the side. I have NEVER been charged in the past. Slow, incompetent, and penny pinching. Luckily Dominos was down the street lol. They completed my order in 15 min and had a laugh at my story. Skip Papa Who, go to Dominos down the street.

The ap charged me three times yet the store did not get my order. I ended up ordering from another pizza place. However, when I called, the manager, he politely reassured me I would get my money back. He said there is a glitch in the system. If Papa John's want to stay in business, they need to fix this glitch ASAP!!

Ever since management changed, it has gone downhill. Orders will frequently take over an hour. Then when it does show up, it will be cold. If you cancel an order, there is a decent chance that it wasn't actually canceled and you got charged anyway. The new manager is so incompetent that the store is literally falling apart. Look at these pictures. How does that even happen? Don't even bother, you might have to literally call your bank to stop the store from stealing your money.
