Great service and great ice cream!
Took mom for a ride, stopped and got frozen custard for mom and a gelati for myself. Everything was delicious and the service was great.

Computers down so cash only. Workers were a bit on the slow-moving side, but water ice was good.

First time getting custard here and it was a 10/10 experience. Super friendly and helpful staff answered all my questions and helped me build the custard of my dreams. I slept like a baby.

The customer service is always great, not to mention the Italian ice and custard! The parking lot can be a little busy depending on when you go but nothing unmanageable. There are other lots you can park at if needed for a quick stop.
Terrible. Drove 29 minutes there, spent another 20 in line only one window open. 30 minutes to get a single blendini after 3 separate flavors had run out. Experience makes me never wanna get Rita's again. The service is terrible every where from Florida to Maryland. They need better hires
Rita's ice cream is too thick for me. I do like some of their Italian ice though. Cherry and cotton candy :) Also, I feel like Rita's got really expensive. 3 small ice creams were like almost 20$.

Soooo good as usual. The guy who helped me was put through a lot because I ordered so much 🤣. It was all great and the guy was very patient with me. This location you walk up and order through a window. There’s some parking in the plaza it is in. I will be back!
