Rita's ice cream is too thick for me. I do like some of their Italian ice though. Cherry and cotton candy :) Also, I feel like Rita's got really expensive. 3 small ice creams were like almost 20$.

Soooo good as usual. The guy who helped me was put through a lot because I ordered so much 🤣. It was all great and the guy was very patient with me. This location you walk up and order through a window. There’s some parking in the plaza it is in. I will be back!

According to the Store Manager Karen she unable to do soft ice cream half vanilla and half chocolate. There no justification to why. This location advertise swirl ice cream vanilla and chocolate but never have the swirl but has both flavors available. Instead Store Manager Karen wants you to purchase $5.50 for each flavor instead of doing half portions of each flavor. A scam highly don’t recommend this location.

We went to Rita's and purchased 5 items. One was an Italian ice and I have never had an Italian ice with fruit in it at Rita's. It was for someone in my family. He didn't know nor wanted it after eating it and finding out that fruit was in it. He was surprised fruit was in it. After asking the cashier a young girl that made everything to change it she said it was already made so she couldn't change it. We then asked for a discount if we purchased another Italian ice without fruit and she said they didn't give discounts. I guess they also don't try to solve nor address customer's issues either. We won't support this Rita's again.
