I ordered a three piece chicken with fries and requested no salt on the fries. I received a box with three pieces of chicken so hard I could use them to hit some nails into a wall. The chicken was hard, old and looked bad. The biscuit would knock you out if you were hit in the head with it. Just dry, hard and tastes just like flour. Just nasty. The fries had extra salt in them. I spoke to a female who said she was the manger and her name was “Yolanda”. When I explained the issue with the food and told her that I would like to speak to someone else, she told me that I didn’t need her last name and laughed.
Roy Rogers used to be a nice place to eat but I will NEVER go back there. The inedible food and horrible customer service is for someone else to put up with. I would be willing to bet that the location in Burtonsville is doing so great financially. Just ridiculous.

Had the best experience in the drive thru. Lady was so nice and friendly. Her name is Lajuan I think (says on receipt) food great but her service made it great!

Hi there, I just tried calling a few times but no answer. I just paid almost $30 for chicken tenders and fries only. And the woman handed me my food saying everything was included. I was in a rush home to Ellicott city. And now I arrive home to NO FRIES. So $30 for 8 pieces of chicken tenders. I’m beyond upset and frustrated. I would not be public if someone would answer. And who knows if I can get a refund in cash? Will never leave again without checking myself the bags.
The manager at this store is rude and lied about not having certain items, they also got my order wrong and told me there's nothing she can do about it ... I had to escalate the matter to corporate

Nothing had flavor, not the burger, not the chicken, not the mashed potatoes, no salt on fries, the coke was the only thing that wasn’t a disappointment. Everything I ordered was cold and flavorless. First time trying Roy Rodgers and most likely the last time trying it. The prices are also kind of high for the quality of their food

Staff were friendly enough, the burger was average, however my friend ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it had bacon in it, he can't eat meat and although his order was changed this company should think about an itemized menu as it is 2024. The seating was filthy as we had to wipe down our own table. One booth had a musty strong smell and most tables available were unclean.
