Bad. 3 baristas. Waited like 15mins for a grande pumkin cold brew while everyone else around me got served and cars continued to be served at drive thru, i sat there for 15mins. Made me late for work. Horrible service. Never again.

Horrible customer service. The last two times I’ve came here i’ve dealt with the old white woman at the drive thru window and she’s been snappy and had attitude with me both times. Not to mention the long 25 min wait despite it just being two cars in front of me and one drink being handed off to each. I will NEVER come back here. Very unwelcoming environment and people, I recommend anyone else go to your second closest location because this one is simply not it.

Worse Starbucks drive thru been in the area i asked for a hot caramel macchiato got a cold one instead then got the right one this time the coffee was not even that hot definitely a no for me going back at this location.

This Starbucks has gone downhill. They need to do something about the fruit flies in the food display. Outdoor sitting area is very dirty with tons of trash bags along the back of the building.

The woman at the drive thru was so rude. She acted like what I ordered was unheard of and crazy. It was a chai latte with horchata.

We drove to the drive thru and quickly realized that the line wasn't moving. Decided to safely reverse and go in. As we walked in noticed that it wasn't crowded and was very clean. Walked to the register and we werent even acknowledged. There was only 3 staff members and they all were wearing headsets. One making drinks, one handling food and the third was talking to the one making drinks. I'm assuming it was about an order for one of the cars in the line. Stood there for 5 minutes and watched all 3 staff members watched us and carried on with their own conversations.... so we left... we will find another place to go to from now on. This was the first time ever experiencing something like this at a Starbucks. We have been to other locations that know us by name or by our order.

There is a display with their available food items and inside is full of flying bugs! I know they dont serve them but why does the clear display have 20-30 bugs inside it where customers are ordering??
Most employees are very friendly but I go to other starbucks around because they are so much more friendly and go above and beyond!

No one else was in line inside and no one would help me or even look at me. Really?? I guess it's on me for going to a Starbucks where they could care less about customer service and actually doing business with someone. Ended up going to the local coffee shop up the road. Do not recommend this location. You're better off at the Dunkin in the same plaza or Centrado up the road.

Worst Starbucks location! A walk-in latte took 25 mins. I asked them to check the order and the responded with attitude! There was another customer that also wanted her money back as the wait was too long.

I go to Starbucks all over the state of Maryland. This is the absolute worst location. They have zero urgency Zero manners and the manager walks around with an attitude like she is Jesus I have had to wait on several occasions 15 minutes for coffee. Hell I can get a steak and cheese and some fries from another place faster than that. It’s just coffee. It’s not rocket.

I WENT HERE THIS MORNING AND THE CASHIER WAS TO BUSY DOIN EVERYTHING ELSE INSTEAD OF TAKING MY ORDER, I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN LINE FOR 8 MINS. I THOUGHT CUSTOMERS WERE A PRIORITY🤔🤔, DONT NOT COME HERE , HORRIBLE SERVICE....
