Slowest Starbucks in creation. Maybe the drive through is faster. Last two visits ordering ahead of time with the app and I go in to pick up and still wait 20 to 30 minutes for my drink.

I was here on Thanksgiving day. It was about to close while I was having my coffee. The barista and I’m not sure what his name is comes over to me and tells me you better leave now and I said please give me less than a minute and I will leave. He said no leave now means now this is a way to talk to customers.
Either fire this employee or or have them as bouncers not baristas
I never stayed beyond the closing time and I never intended to give anybody a hard time

One of the worst starbucks you will find the wait time on drive thru literally goes to 20-30 mins even if there are two three cars the employees always changing and messing up your order wont suggest anyone to stop by here

First, it took me forever to get through the drive through. Secondly, The person at the window was very rude. I understand people have bad days I understand that working customer service is not easy. I’ve been there, I’ve done that. But you don’t have to be rude if I was not rude to start with. I get if someone is rude to you, please go for it. But not once was I rude until he got rude with me.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for many years. I’m not sure if there’s new management recently but service is slow! Last three times I went my order took 20 minutes. I had to cancel my most recent order as I waited inside and drive thru kept getting served. I’m so disappointed with no accountability from the workers or checking in to see orders. My family and I will take our business elsewhere.

The slowest most incompetent Starbucks location in the entire united states. Everyone working is slow as a turtle and on their phones. No management, structure or customer service.

Try your best to avoid this location. Besides the extreme lack of customer service; they never seem to make my order right the “first” time. The line is always wrapped around the corner and they seem to constantly be understaffed. Avoid stopping at this location in the morning!

After missing sometime, I found my favorite Starbucks changed from the best to worst. This morning my wife and me were treated by staff in a very rude and disrespectful manner. The attitude towards us stayed the same until we request a receipt. No one wants to start a day this way. For your information I have been a Starbucks customer for more than twenty years and my most favorite store is the one located on 4800 block of McArthur blvd.
