Messed up one of my subs. Ordered online. Even though didn't select onion and mayonnaise, they still put it on. Found it out when opened the sub at home. I told him when he was making it, not to mess it up. He said he follows the online print out. And not to bother him while making subs. When I called, they didn't pick up the phone. Left them message.

4 small slices of tomato for a footlong, 3 jalapeños. Had to ask for more mayo & sauce 2 times. Spinach is wilted. Lettuce is brown. Everything is covered so you can't see before you order. Skimped on everything. Soda fountain is broken.

Sketchy, run down strip mall with torn awnings and other disrepair. It smelled bad in here. The fountain machines were broken. We turned around and just left and went to the MUCH nicer Cloverly location. This Burtonsville location is literally giving the Subway franchise a bad name.

The restaurant reeks of weed. The only person in there was the worker so it’s obviously them. It was to the point that it made me nauseous. He made my sandwiches incorrectly. He claimed they do not do water cups. Who doesn’t do water cups? I love subway but after this experience I don’t know.

Ordered online for pickup. Paid extra for more meat. Came home and opened the wrapping only to see the world’s skinniest Subway sandwich. Not only did they put LESS than the standard amount of meat, it was missing some of the other ingredients entirely.

This is the worst sub I have ever had. I placed the order at online. When I entered the Subway, there was nobody in front to give me the subs. The restaurant was empty. Upon my call, a hijab-wearing lady (Bangladeshi) came from the back who was on phone. She was then telling me that they didn't receive any order. But my placed order at my phone was showing that it's ready to be picked up. I showed that to the lady as evidence. But the lady was repeating the same that they didn't receive any order. Then standing at the restaurant, I placed the same order again at my phone, and asked the lady to check at her computer. She was then telling me that she has received the order. I greatly wondered seeing this abnormality.As I mentioned earlier that the lady was on phone, but before preparing the subs, she didn't wash her hands. I greatly wonder seeing that she was giving very less amount of meat and other stuffs while preparing the subs. I didn't say anything. The grilled chicken that she was putting on the subs also looked stale. It's basically a footlong bread with very tiny portions of chicken or other stuffs. The restaurant also looked dirty. It's not worthy to go there since they don't care about the customers.

When I went their today, the lady threw my 2 sandwiches together like she didn’t care. She didn’t even get the toppings correct on the right sandwich. I even got a piece of tomato that wasn’t cut. Never coming back

Worst experience , that sales person(who looks like indian face) he doeas not care to costumer. And not make good sub and store looks like dirty not clean not good vibe. Never go that store. Better than the go that store u should be hungry. That was 1st time and last too.
