It’s absolutely disgusting. I’ve been to this location three times in the last three months and it’s the same experience. I finally decided to write a review about it. The management is poor. Every employee in there for the most part does not like their job and they give you zero customer service. and the food might take 20 minutes to make

Horrible experience at the drive through, associate had an attitude back and forth last thing I tried to confirm she had my items she said they’re on the screen. Got to the window she has airpods on maybe I was inconveniencing her and asked to speak to the manager, associate smiled I was confused as Im sure she knew I would give feedback on her attitude, as soon as I let the manager know I just wanted to hive you feedback on the associate’s attitude her immediate response was I was listening you “sound tense and tried to say her associate was helpful, at no point did I feel that, i felt rushed and when I asked question she would answer being passive aggressive. Explains why employees don’t feel the need to provide customer service, anyways will not be visiting again

If the restaurant closes at 12 am, the dining room should be open at 10:40 pm when I walked over from Greeneturtle to get food, but it wasn’t. I would think. The workers was just in there playing and also didn’t want to answer the phone. I wish I would’ve recorded a video

This place is way more expensive than other Taco Bells in the area

by far the worst experience ever. my pregnant sister stopped by and this taco bell and as she was finishing telling her order. the lady on the speaker phone asked her if she wanted to round up my sister said “no i’m okay” the lady said “what does that mean, it’s a yes or no question” super rude and super unprofessional. we pull up to the window and the lady barely reaches out to hand the drink and my sister told her “i can’t reach that” mind you she’s PREGNANT. the lady gets so upset and telling her she’s going to throw the food in her face. this is a super bad experience and my sister was SHAKING after. i do not recommend this taco bell

why are the prices so high on the app, nearly double compared to the nearest taco bell
I ordered 3 items, a 10pc nuggets with taco bell sauce and chipotle suace. They some how missed the chipotle sauce. My girlfriend ordered separately an order of the cinnamon twists and they tasted awful like the oil was bad and they hadn't switched it in a long time.
