The positive: young man that waited on me was kind. He helped me with my food selection and was knowledgeable about the different options.

The owner of this location should probably visit once in a while. The one "working" bathroom was barely working. It was actually so gross makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the organization. The sink isn't just one day of use dirty it is haven't been cleaned in weeks dirty.

The service was crazy slow too. Wish I went to a different location.

Employees here are very rude all of them ! they don’t smile don’t say hello NOTHING they look miserable they all need to start looking for employment elsewhere..this store needs new employees and new management feels like your in the most unwelcoming environment.

Do not spend your money here! Employees are lazy and don't want to work! They stopped taking orders 20 minutes before closing just so that they can clean and leave exactly when the store closes. That is completely unacceptable!

The sign on the door says they close at 9pm, Google says they close at the same time on a Sunday. I called today 7/7/24 at 848pm and the guy that picked up said they close at 845. I was sitting in front of the store and saw a few people in there so I walked to the door and confirmed the 9pm closing time, I walked in to try to order and he said we close at 845, I said the sign says 9pm and he said we close at 845 and leave at 9pm……This is the first time in my life I have ever heard of this and perhaps I’m wrong but shouldn’t the closing time change to that? Either way that’s a 1 star from me for false advertisement or perhaps simply a lazy employee.

I walked into the store to pick up my mobile order today. (6-28-24)I wanna say around 4:15 pm - 4:25, the man I approached who was at the register Literally had his hand down his pants, I was shocked like am I really witnessing this right in front of my eyes. I was disgusted. Another customer came in and he took there order, he didn't even wash his hands and proceeded with making there smoothies after his hand was down in his pants, I did not say nothing to him but I called the store to speak to a manager but he said one will be there maybe till next week, however I told him what had happened all he said I'm sorry, are we good. It's seriously disgusting and very inappropriate. I hope this gets reviewed and they check their cameras so they can see for themselves. This was not a pleasant experience at all.

Smoothies have no flavor what so ever. Waste of $$$$. Watched them use barely any ingredients but a lot of ice and water. Will not be coming back again.

So I decided to grab a quick lunch from tropical smoothie! Not know I would receive subpar service and a nasty sandwich. I’ve order from other TS in the past, so I thought the service and food would be universal. Unfortunately, that was not the case. In the picture you will see a buffalo chicken wrap it looks disgusting ? when speaking to on of the employees on the phone, he was extremely rude. I will not be visiting this location again.

This location is trash. They either don’t include all the ingredients or put very little in there. If it comes with a dipping sauce they don’t include it. Also, the smoothies were watered down. Horrible.

Food and smoothies are good. Staff is so so. 1 guy seems to like his job the other seems like he has a gun to his head to be there. Kudos to the dude keeping that place a float. Smiling and doing the job well. Other guy should take some notes.Smelled like cleaner which, I'd rather it smell like someone is cleaning the place than the alternative. Smell was strong

I tried to use the coupon code that I got from filling out an online survey but nobody knew how to use it and there was no manager

Horrible experience, never again...The smoothie was watery and no flavor. Food was barely warm after coming 3 mins later of my order being completed and no flavor.

I go in to redeem my free smothie since I have over 1200 points and I get told I need to order food in order to redeem my points to get my smoothie. I have never had this issue before but the people working said it was a new rule.. This must be the only place that has that rule because no other Tropical Smoothie has that rule.
