You can pay $30 for absolute BS just for them to forget the item that HALF your bill costs and offering you nothing as a sorry when you gotta turn around and get what you PAID for. I don’t want to eat anywhere that screws up my order, let alone a place that won’t even make it right when they do. I’ll be eating elsewhere from now on

The restaurant was closing at 10:00. We arrived at 9:35. Instead of saying you would be better off ordering takeout at this time they seated us. Then rushed us along to get finished so they could close at 10:00. I suggested going forward if people arrive after 9:30 Do Not seat them. Explain that it's better order for a takeout as opposed to being rushed to eat your food and someone constantly coming to the table. Like could you hurry up were closing.

Takes a very very very long time to get drinks and food. Servers can appear rude. Not sure if it is intentional or cultural. Food is decent.

Good food but rude service. We were largely ignored and after I paid, our waitress assumed we didn’t tip, and called me out on it. She then checked and saw that I tipped 20% and offered little apology. Don’t work in restaurants if you plan on judging your customers

Been living in the area for decades and decided to give this place a try. Looked like they just implemented a new system so they were taking a long time processing the carryout orders. They should have some sort of hostess since we were just standing there a long with the carryout people. We left, but decided to come back. Maybe I shouldn't have. I was literally standing in front of the lady that was behind the register by the bar and didn't even acknowledge me. I had to ask the waiter if we could seat somewhere. As far as the service, i had to ask several times for some plates or the small dish to put the soy sauce. At least the food was good so that even out the sort of ok service. Will think twice about coming back. It didn't leave me a good impression and no acknowledgement as we were leaving the restaurant. Definitely not going to be regulars here.

Take out was okay. Trying to advise on multiple orders took more time eventhough order was placed ahead of time it was not ready with the other orders so had to wait for the order

Been coming here for the last three years and I love them! They’re very friendly and kind. They make amazing sushi. Their other food is just as good.

Came in for bubble tea the receptionist told me that they don’t have it and I said but it’s on the menu. The she responded with bad attitude “we are too busy to make it.”

SLOW SLOW SLOW service and poor customer service. Save your time, money and stomach. Eat somewhere else. The staff was unorganized and impolite.

Had a wonderful dinner with the girls, and this restaurant NEVER disappoints! Everything was exceptional.

We were looking around for a place for lunch as we were visiting that area. It looked like a nice place and we were not disappointed. It was very nice and not too busy. The food was fresh and good quality, but not as much taste as we're used to in the west where we are from. The service was good and generally friendly. The prices were very good.
