Applebee's Grill + Bar

Ordered pickup, look out for combo deals as you'll get stuff off the menu + free drink for a discount. Exclusive Berry blast mountain dew is my new fav, no drink should be that colour but its so good it surely can't be legal?!
Haven't sat in here but pickup service is quick and attentive.

They are the worst at making your messed up food correct! It was absolutely 100% their fault and would not correct it! Not my 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time happening with them! Their customer service is terrible and even the higher up wouldn’t do a thing!! Do not recommend eating here as they could not even refire my food correctly! Terrible terrible!! Food burnt and tossed in hot sauce covering the entire plate when I asked for it on the side! ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!

This Applebee’s has gone downhill. The worst one in Southern Maryland. Me and my grandfather went here for lunch, ordered our food and everything. Found out they had no lettuce to make a salad after we just ordered our food. There was only one waitress in there which is pitiful. We told the waitress to cancel the order and we walked out. Will not be coming again. How do you not have lettuce to make a salad when you first open everyday. Sounds very disorganized and unprepared.

we sat on the far right of the restaurant it wasn’t busy
it took maybe 15 minutes just to get our drinks
it took almost an hour just to receive my food after i said i didn’t want and just wanted to pay for my drinks she said it’s done
the lady was nonchalant and barely came to the table after receiving our food the chicken was undercooked and had to ask a complete different person to make it because she was no where to be found

DIRTY ATMOSPHERE, the floors were sticky, in between the seats were nasty, the carpet smelled spoiled. Food was ok but got cold fast meaning it was barely warm. Our server aliah ? I believe, she was sweet but that’s all. ❤️

Food was okay. The chips for the artichoke dip was stale. The bench seats, carpet, ceiling and tables was disgusting. This place needs to be deep cleaned from top to bottom. No establishment that serves food should be this dirty.

Service was abysmal, food took awhile to come out for just two people. Waited 20+ minutes for the check to be taken so we could leave. Definitely going to give them a couple months before I think about coming back

(UPDATE) This location has gotten progressively worse. The bar is not set very high for an Applebees, but this location is no where close to getting over it anymore. If I was the GM I'd start clearing house starting with servers and bartenders that don't want to work and then get some effective managers to keep them working. I won't be back.

I wish every visit to this location was this good. It would be nice if the older guy (40s maybe) who's a manager did more than just walk around the restaurant though especially when they're understaffed and super busy.

SUCKS , VERY DIRTY , WE WILL NEVER STEP BACK IN SIDE THIS PLACE AGAIN! RATHER EAT ROAD KILL , ITS CLEANER , WALKED IN ONE BAR TENDER AT BAR , NO GREETERS , NO ONE WAS THERE TO SIT US. LADY AT THE BAR JUST LOOKED US BLIND , WE TURNED AROUND WALKED BACK OUT.

The bathroom smelled like pee. Took forever to get are food abs the resteraubt was basically empty. The only thing that I got that was eateable was the mozzarella sticks. All the surface including the railing was sticky
