The bathroom smelled like pee. Took forever to get are food abs the resteraubt was basically empty. The only thing that I got that was eateable was the mozzarella sticks. All the surface including the railing was sticky

DO NOT GO HERE!! Especially for takeout!!
Got a pickup order...had to go in to order because phone automation was jacked up. Host needed to get a manager to help (he got confused or wasn't trained in to-go orders). The manager was great about taking our order and adjusting for my daughter's substitutions. Unfortunately, when we got to our hotel room (20 minutes away), I was missing my sides and my steak was overcooked! When I called the restaurant, I was told that I could come back for my missing sides & replacement steak - which means I would have to stop the kids from eating, load them back into the car, drive 20 minutes, get the food AGAIN, drive another 20 minutes, unload the kids, and let them finish eating their cold meals! When i explained how that was NOT an acceptable option, I was told that she could "put it in the book" for me to go back later to get the missing sides...still not an option because we are about to leave the country on military orders...or she could "put it in the book" for a refund, in which "the corporate office" would review it and process the refund "if they approve it" in a week or two.
DO NOT GO TO APPLEBEE'S!!! Total waste of time, energy and money!

My bartender was amazing really good drinks .. The food not so much. It got cold in 5 mins which made it nasty .

The waitress was not checking in on us. I can understand if they were busy but it was us and one other table in here. I kid you not they are all getting their blood pressure checked while we have been waiting to pay for 20 minutes. Drinks were good. Would have enjoyed the drink while eating but..

They told me when I confronted them about the lack of service that they were short on their staffing. I sat there for more than 30 minutes and I had to confront them to get service. When they finally did come I only got my beverage and a side salad. I never did get my main course.
I basically told them I w as not going to stay any longer. They tried to give me a discount and finally get me my meal. But it was too late for that. I informed them I was leaving immediately and I told them I obviously came at a bad time.
This restaurant used to be a really good place in the past. It had been awhile since I had been there so I thought it would be good to try them again. Sadly, I was wrong. Honestly, one of two things needs to happen here. They either need to close down permanently; or they need to have a major restructuring so they can return to where they were in the past. I would rather see them close down. They are not what they used to be.

Food was alright service was slow because very short staff but the one server they had who was running tables was amazing she was handling all the tables and on top of everything by herself and definitely deserves a raise

The place has gone down hill. Takes forever to get food/to go orders. AC is broken, no management whatsoever to be found. Employees regularly cuss mainly by dropping F bombs. Employees allow rude customers/ friends to smoke right by the entrance doors. I had to have 4 employees ask and check on my order after waiting 15 minutes past pick up time. Didn't receive a I'm sorry for the wait or any kind apology. I don't know if I'll be returning anytime soon.

Slooooooow slow slow service. Our food and drinks were good, it just took a while to get them to the table
Also why does Applebee's not provide napkins at the tables anymore?
We asked for napkins and we were given (1) napkin...I was dumbfounded. Surely it's not affecting your overhead THAT much?

I will be shocked if this place is still open in a year's time.
We went to Applebee's last night for dinner, it was a little later in the evening but we got there well before closing. As soon as we walked through the door we got seated, it was not busy at all. We waited a little over 10 minutes for our server to come over to us. Given he is new, I understand that. We put in our drink order and sat waiting for it, we arrived at 8:37 we were sitting for about 30minutes no drinks and he came back to take our order again drink less. We gave our order he had to come back a few times but again new wasn't going to let it get to me. What was unacceptable is the amount of time we waited to get drinks, food and all. They actual brought us out a second appetizer I guess hoping that would sate us. We asked to speak to manager and for some reason the host came over to talk to us. We thought he was like a supervisor or something, nope just a host making excuses for the server who obviously had little to no training. He first brought out my food, a few minutes later my sons, and then my husbands and other sons. My food was ok, but my potatoes were ice cold in the center of them. My husbands food was so bland. It was supposed to be a 3 cheese sauce and it had no taste at all. At this point I asked to speak to the manager again because I was irritated. Then the actual manager comes out and we talk to her. She admitted the dish my husband got is bland and she personally does not think its good. She apologized for our experience, and was very shocked that she wasn't told sooner about what we were going through. We said we thought the guy over there who seated us was a manager she said no. So instead of us getting an actual manager the first time the host was trying to I don't know talk up his friend. The whole experience was just ridiculous the only things we took home were our kids food, which really a corndog and three mozzarella sticks is almost 7 dollars come on. We got our check and paid. Even though it was terrible we still tipped the server 20% because we understand servers work for tips, my family is in the service industry. We will not be back ever.
Also the only laugh we got out of it, is that our spinach and artichoke dip was served with Marinara sauce not salsa.

This place needs a serious makeover, and the customer service needs some help. Only one person checked on me while I waited way too long for what I received
Ordered through Uber eats didn’t receive all of my food. Manger was rude. Food was overcooked and portions were smaller than usual.
