Small cafe style restaurant located in St. Mary's County Regional Airport. I've only visited once but the staff was friendly, the service was fast, prices were fair and most importantly the food was good. I had the turkey and goat sandwich with a side salad. The sandwich was very large (see picture). I had to take half to go. Same for my husband and he usually finishes all of his food. My only complaints, I had a cup of coffee and it wasn't very warm and tasted old. I would've preferred to wait while they brewed a fresh pot. I ordered caesar salad dressing and it was very thick, similar to the texture of mayonnaise. I didn't care for it, so my husband swapped me for his balsamic dressing which was much better. We will definitely be back.

I feel sort of bad for leaving a negative review of a small business, but the lunch I got there was just so abysmal I feel like I have to say something about it. I got the "Puddle Jumper Pulled Pork" - this is described as "rum soaked pork on banana bread, topped with vinegar based slaw featuring hints of mango and coconut, topped with pineapple salsa and hot honey" that's admittedly an odd combo of flavors but I really like unusual flavors, and pork can definitely be paired successfully with sweet fruits if you know what you're doing. Reader, what I received was a thick slice of partly unbaked, VERY sweet banana bread topped with a little bit of sauceless pulled pork and 6 pale chunks of what appears to be canned pineapple. No mango, no coconut, no slaw, no hot honey that I could taste, and certainly no pineapple salsa. I initially thought the banana bread was just wet from having been under warm pulled pork for several minutes, but upon closer investigation I realized it wasn't baked all the way, the bottom of the slice was a sort of dense gluey texture all the way through. If I had been eating in the restaurant I'd have asked for something else, but I got takeout, so I suffered through a couple of bites but then I had to throw it away and make do with the side salad for my lunch. I literally can't remember a time in my life when I've gotten a meal so bad I physically couldn't tolerate eating it, but I'm sorry to say this was truly that bad.Two stars because my partner got a "Roast Beef & Blue" which was fine, so obviously not all the food is like this, and because the guy at the window was very nice.

Ate here last week for the 1st time. Pleasantly surprised and wish that I hadn't waited so long to try it. The food is very good and a meal here is cheaper than fast food. Staff was very friendly and made suggestions. This is inside the airport terminal-GPS is accurate.

Service was warm, professional and efficient! Ambience was wonderful- airplanes in the St. Mary's blue! ! I swear I heard singing from the kitchen! I appreciate the happy pop tunes!The food was delicious! I recommend the veggie burger. I highly recommend the hummus plate; they customized it for me! Since I do not like cucumber, they replaced it with avocado! I'm coming back to try the rest of the menu!
