Service was beyond slow. Food was more lukewarm than hot. Asked for butter for my biscuits never came. Waited over 15 minutes for the check, and I finally went to casher so we could leave. Last time we dine their.

I ordered the Burger and fries. My son ordered the kids burger and fruit. They brought out our food and both of our burgers are the same exact size. Mine costs nearly double. They brought my son fries even though he ordered fruit, so they took his entire plate, burger, and all just to remove the fries and add fruit. Which wasn't a quick process either. So he had to wait to eat. There was no need to take his food. Just bring the fruit side he asked for. We were the only people in the restaurant at 6pm on a Thursday. I guess that should have been a sign that we shouldn't be here either.

A truly terrible experience. Waited 20 minutes to have our orders taken. Other guests (there were 3 tables with 2 people each, not exactly busy) waiting for service got tired and left before then. The hostess and manager both knew there were guests waiting in the dining room but did nothing. When the waitress arrived, she claimed she didn't see us. Nobody ever acknowledged the situation or apologized for the wait. The omelettes were dry and underseasoned; the green beans were cold. While customers paid, the hostess leaned all the way over the counter to make sure everyone was including a tip. It was rude and embarrassing to watch. Just terrible. I'm only giving them a 1 star rating because I have to in order to post. Otherwise, I would award no stars.

Restaurant was a little busy and only one waitress. We were greeted fairly quickly considering she was the only waitress. Our order was taken and she never returned to our table except to bring the check. I had to ask for my food from the manager who was running the food out after waiting 30 minutes and observed several others who came in after us receive their meals. Food arrived barely warm and no apologies were offered. When the waitress finally returned to the table with our check she never asked how everything was, she did ask all the tables around us. The manager rang us up and never asked how everything was. Disappointed to say the least

Very not happy. There must have been some confusion between the Greeter and the Table Hostesses, the one girl just gave us a racist "Look," as if we had insulted her upon entering the restaurant while the other just walked away from us and the couple wanting to pay and leave? If those employees want to play the Race card and refuse to do their jobs, maybe they should undergo retraining or learn hospitality skills. If not, be screened for termination! This place puts its Priorities behind and Caters to the Uber Eats and Door Dash Delivery over the in person guests... They do not put any priority in the Customers that are already in the restaurant waiting to be served. There should be no reason to have to wait up to 45 minutes and longer for food preparation... This isn't "Fine Dining!" We arrived and were seated by 11:40 AM. Placed order at 11:45 and drank lots of coffee (with cream served in a plastic cup and not a container of sort). I guess we were Third Class Citizens that don't rate? By 12:15, a new waitress asked if we ordered? We said, "we did!?!" Meanwhile, the food expediters were 11 orders Behind! At 20 minutes past the hour, we left and went on our way . The General Manager attempted to keep us from leaving the parking lot, but we were tired of waiting while other customers kept arriving after us and were being served! We are NOT third class citizens!

used to be good but they are a scam now. waited an over past the pickup time for my online order and was told 30 minutes in that they “dropped it” other customers were talking to us about an hour long wait for a salad that was “looked past” and after all that multiple parts of the order were wrong. don’t make my mistake, don’t go here.

When me and my family walked in our server had already had a smug look on her face and gave us an attitude, when she sat us down and gave us our utensils they were very dirty and had a lot of soup residue and we had to rinse/wash them in the bathroom. Me and my family had to wait an hour or more to get our food and even then it was cold, and did not taste that good, and let’s not talk about the bathroom. Granet they can’t really do anything about it but it was horrible, I had went in to wash my hands and ended up getting sprayed by the sink and got my pants soaked, the floor was also filthy and I did not even want to check one of the toilets. Over all it was not worth the money we had wasted and we should have gone to Ihop.
