Was wondering why the restaurant was empty at dinner time
WELL we found out I ordered the chicken tenders with FF & Green beans, the portions was good but 2 pieces were not cooked all the way there was something that looked like raw breading I asked the waitress what it might be EXACT WORDS I only take the orders and serve them ... so I don't know

I was reluctant at first to come,be cause my last experience with bob Evans wasn’t a great one a couple of years ago. However, it seems like things have changed for the better and the food quality was amazing. There was a black gentleman from the back of house,who helped serve customers.he was really polite, attentive, and super fast. Our server was great, I believe her name was Lisa.&when I paid,The black lady with the pretty cat woman claws (pink long nails)was very nice as well lol!!

Service was beyond slow. Food was more lukewarm than hot. Asked for butter for my biscuits never came. Waited over 15 minutes for the check, and I finally went to casher so we could leave. Last time we dine their.

I ordered the Burger and fries. My son ordered the kids burger and fruit. They brought out our food and both of our burgers are the same exact size. Mine costs nearly double. They brought my son fries even though he ordered fruit, so they took his entire plate, burger, and all just to remove the fries and add fruit. Which wasn't a quick process either. So he had to wait to eat. There was no need to take his food. Just bring the fruit side he asked for. We were the only people in the restaurant at 6pm on a Thursday. I guess that should have been a sign that we shouldn't be here either.

A truly terrible experience. Waited 20 minutes to have our orders taken. Other guests (there were 3 tables with 2 people each, not exactly busy) waiting for service got tired and left before then. The hostess and manager both knew there were guests waiting in the dining room but did nothing. When the waitress arrived, she claimed she didn't see us. Nobody ever acknowledged the situation or apologized for the wait. The omelettes were dry and underseasoned; the green beans were cold. While customers paid, the hostess leaned all the way over the counter to make sure everyone was including a tip. It was rude and embarrassing to watch. Just terrible. I'm only giving them a 1 star rating because I have to in order to post. Otherwise, I would award no stars.
