The food is wonderful, the menu is diverse, and the kitchen has yet to disappoint. Service, however, was abysmal. During our most recent visit the restaurant wasn't terribly busy, yet it took about 10 minutes for service to arrive at our table. When she did arrive, our server showed up to introduce herself with her mouth full of food and was unable to speak for about 30 seconds. We had to remind her about the bottle of wine we'd ordered after 20 minutes of waiting. After our food had arrived, our waitress returned five minutes later to ask if we'd finished. I was still actively eating during this exchange. I wish I could say I was exaggerating when I say I've recieve better service from counter service restaurants. Definitely will go back for take out but will not be returning for dine in service.

The food here is fantastic, one of the best restaurants in the area. Raj the owner is great, and the young lady they have serving is so hospitable and ensures that all of your needs are met. She went above and beyond in making sure we had a pleasant dining experience. Truly a warm atmosphere, and a wonderful place to dine, will be back very, very soon!
Horrible customer service experience! The only waitress chose to serve other customers who were seated after us instead of us. She didn't even acknowledge us until the owner came out. The owner also didn't apologize for what the waitress had done after I told him. I will never return here! Food is too expensive for restaurants to treat their customers like this!

Server’s don’t get to keep tips!The solo server is amazing, so I always tip very generously. We were making small talk, and I asked, out of curiosity, how much she made in tips a day, and she said she didn’t get to keep tips. Instead it all goes to the owner. I feel very ripped off. Also, it’s illegal. I’ll make sure I’ll tip in cash text time.Other than that, the robot was cool. And the lamb vindaloo was very good!

I had astronomically high expectations having grown up alongside family who emigrated from India and lovingly exposed me to all the possibilities the cuisine had to offer, but this place exceeded them all by far. Scrumptious food, huge variety, appropriate serving sizes, personable and attentive staff, immaculate tasteful decor with a welcoming ambiance. We've been eating at Bollywood since they opened the restaurant many years ago. The food here is top notch. Raj and his family are good folks who really put a lot into their work.We ate our first Indian meal here nearly 20 years ago. The owners son sat down with us and explained nearly everything on the rather complex menu (typical of any Indian restaurant). He made excellent suggestions which, even after trying many wonderful dishes, are still our favorites.Dietary restrictions: Lots Vegetarian and GF options.

Be careful at the lunch buffet. The old man working was the rudest human being I’ve ever met in my life. The food is actually decent but I would highly encourage people not give their money to people who obviously disdain their customers.
Awful service. I own a small business and never like to leave bad reviews, but I was shocked at how we were treated. If the owner is going through a hard time, taking it out on customers is completely unacceptable.
