Does anyone else feel like they're going to get bullied here? Like lowkey don't even want to talk to anyone there. Will avoid because it makes me SO anxious. Avoid avoid. Charlotte Hall is my go to, but it's just so far out of the way, I'm either stuck with Californias bs

The staff here are ABSOLUTELY terrible, SLOW beyond imagination, and RUDE!!!! Avoid at all costs!!! There was an older black woman working there who was exceedingly rude to me and then proceeded to ignore me, until another employee came to help. I did not get her name, but I'm sure you'll know who she is....

Waiting 20+ minutes in the drive-thru is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I WOULD GIVE YOU ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!!

The worst chicken nuggets and fries i ever had

Not only did it take 20 minutes for 2 regular cheeseburgers and 2 small fries. People with numbers ahead of mine were served first because they were friends with the employees. It seemed. At that point I just wanna leave and eat my food. But oh wait there's no CO2 in anybody's drink. Too bad?I don't want anything else from this place again and i'm willing to sacrifice the drinks. Absolutely worthless. Too expensive to deal with the BS of racism and the manager's negligence to the soda machine. Wow! Has this place changed managers? Because I used to give it 5 🌟 and it HAS been a while, but I feel like, whoever, the new manager is needs to go. If it's not a new one, somebody got comfortable. They need a refresher. As someone who's managed fast food, well, it's really not that difficult.

Just about any time we order something from here for delivery it either just gets canceled, the order is cold because it took forever to be handed over or the order is incomplete.
My kids love BK but at this point I am just done with it. People there need to pay better attention to the orders.

Staff is extremely rude, zero customer service skills & over all act like they don’t want to be at work. Drive through is also the slowest I’ve ever encountered no no matter how busy. Employees also don’t know their own menu at all.

I don't know why I even go here anymore. I let my random BK craving cloud my judgement tonight and decided to give it another shot. Well, I was quickly reminded why this location is so awful. Whoever the lady working the drive-thru window is, needs an attitude adjustment or a different job. I'm not sure if she was high or what, but her erratic behavior and completely unnecessary tone, guaranteed that it will be the last time we visit.

Too 25 min to get food from drive through then my order was wrong so I had to go inside to get it fixed

This place always takes sooo long when i get there whether it be noon or the evening. Ordered ahead online and stayed in the drive thru for 18 minutes before receiving my food. Another time same thing but dine in.

This place is awful. Always waiting even when no other customers are present, VERY unprofessional staff. This last time I went to get breakfast and ordered off the app… they were closed 730 on a Friday. Any other BK is better than this location.

I waited 30 minutes in line to receive three sandwiches. One was old(not edible) and two of them were the wrong sandwiches with other ingredients on it. Two people only were working in there. Seems they didn’t want to be there anyway. Ridiculous and I will never go to another Burger King. Burger King use to be different when I was growing up. Very distasteful. Look at you and tell you to have a good one after you just waited 30 minutes maybe more for food you payed for. Customer service terrible. Food even worse. A wave of disappointment and Burger King over all sucks. Better options are available. Thank you

I've gone to this establishment every once in a while for the last 10 years, and I can confidently say that about 3/4 of the time the employees have been exceptionally rude. Also, they’re incredibly slow. You look into the kitchen and no one has a sense of urgency. Staff seems uncoordinated and uninformed in their own job duties. Also, as I’m writing this an employee is yelling indiscriminately to herself. 0/10
