I went to Burger King because it’s what my brother wanted for his birthday I went to the one in California, MD 20619 on September 13. It was absolutely horrible. They messed up my order after taking 20 minutes past the time. The mobile app said it would be ready forgetting two burgers and not being able to make two drinks normally, I wouldn’t even complain, but after taking forever and still getting it wrong, that’s just ridiculous

There shouldn’t be 2 drive thru menus if the person working drive thru is only going to answer one line until it’s empty. Also, maybe have your employees practice customer service etiquette. You have customers buying from you when there are tons of other options nearby- so show some appreciation! Lastly, don’t tell me to drive up after my order; how about give me the total first? When I asked the total, she went silent and went to the next customer in the other line while there were more cars behind me. Finally got home and they totally screwed my sandwich up. The whole experience was awful. This is unacceptable.

Ordered a #2 combo (double whopper w/ cheese). Pulled up to the window, and the window attendant told me that the person who took my order put it in as a fish sandwich. She “corrected” my order and took my payment. I got my food, and it was a “whopper” with no cheese, mayo, or a second patty. (And man was it dry…)
How do you mess up your signature sandwich so bad, twice on the same order…

I've been there twice recently, and the wait was entirely unacceptable. The night before, they told me they wanted to shut down the drive-thru because it was so backed up. Told me to come inside and they would get me what I wanted. Walked in, and it was chaos. I just left. Foolishly went back the next day only to get stuck in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes without them even taking my order. Will not go back.
Ordered a whopper with cheese meal & a whopper jr with cheese meal….. both with onion rings. At 1st I was given only the whopper meal. I explained I had another meal as well…. The crew must not look at the actual orders because neither burger had cheese and neither meal had onion rings even tho I asked if both had the onion rings. Not to mention, the young man tried to give me just one of the drinks. I had to walk in to get my onion rings & I should have checked the burgers at that point. So the burgers were wrong & the onion rings were soggy and not fully fried, it was disappointing at best.

Twice now I have order and made allergy notification on an item to not be added to the burger and twice they totally ignored it and added said item anyway. Are they trying to harm people or do they just not care about the customers? Worst BK I have ever been to and that’s saying something. Resist the urge to give this place a try , it’s not worth the risk.

The two Whoppers 🍔 with cheese 🧀 were received in semi-smasshed condition. And the FLIES 🦟 in the dining room were horrible! The staff either lacked Intrapersonal and Interpersonal skills. The French fries 🍟 were Great!
