The box and bag both say “delivered by Red Robin”. Had I known that, I would not have ordered. I’ve never had a good experience with Red Robin.The pizza crust was soft, like it had been microwaved, and was lukewarm at best. They even say “crispy” pizza.The cookies were about 5 degrees away from being frozen. If you’re charging over $2 for a cookie, it should at least be room temperature.And we never got the pretzel bites.
Best pizza anywhere, I would order more and leave a better review if they had a way to order through the donatos app, or some sort of donatos paper menu for coupons or something. Kind of hard ordering a $20 pizza for pickup knowing every single other donatos pizza in america offers them for half the price almost.
