Not a place you can go sit, I always try to order ahead while I am driving there but my order is never ready. I always wait until they ask me who's order I am waiting for, and when I say my name, they start working on it. I don't really understand why, since the app tells you approximate time it will be ready, but it is never correct. Also, they always miss my food order and gives it to me completely separately.

I’d give no stars in each category if I could. First, the coffee is weak and generally undrinkable. Second, your bagels were the only redeeming think in your store except they are 2/3 their original size. I ordered one today it appeared to have been frozen, it had the texture of styrofoam, the raisins were noticeable by their absence, and it was fresh if I had bought a week ago. Third, the front of the store and behind the counter is filthy. I don’t know how this place passes county/city inspection. Last, the store is so understaffed that the employees seem to not care about not being able to keep up with the orders.

This particular store is hit or miss. Sometimes I get the correct thing and just as often I don't. It seems people at this store really do not believe you when you say no cream or sugar. They like to add it anyway. But the swirl flavors already have sugar in them and I don't like granuals or the texture of milk soooo yeah I can't drink that. Anyway, hoping they actually read this and maybe stop making themselves do extra work no one asked for. If someone says ONLY the flavor pump, then only do that.

I came in on the 10th around 441 To pick up an order. And the associates were sitting down doing nothing. Another associate came in and asked him why they were sitting there. My order was 11 minutes late.!

DONT DOORDASH FROM THIS LOCATION! Ordered 6 items I can see 6 ITEMS in bold all over the bags. I got munchkins, 1 donut, 2 hashbrowns & 2 drinks! I got everything but the most important THE DRINKS!!! Now, I’ll admit idk if the driver stole it so I also gave her a bad review. But alert doordashers to look or have it all together!! So pissed it’s the only reason I ordered from there. Now me, nor my son have a drink. Thought about reordering it but my refund was 11.98 and it’s $12 or more for free delivery not even mentioning the tip!
