DONT DOORDASH FROM THIS LOCATION! Ordered 6 items I can see 6 ITEMS in bold all over the bags. I got munchkins, 1 donut, 2 hashbrowns & 2 drinks! I got everything but the most important THE DRINKS!!! Now, I’ll admit idk if the driver stole it so I also gave her a bad review. But alert doordashers to look or have it all together!! So pissed it’s the only reason I ordered from there. Now me, nor my son have a drink. Thought about reordering it but my refund was 11.98 and it’s $12 or more for free delivery not even mentioning the tip!

This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts that I've ever been to they just be playing in people's drinks behind the counter. I've gotten three lights now all the color of milk . Im just not coming here anymore. I'll go to donut connection

The staff at this DD location are always nice, respectful, and helpful. The store is also well maintained and clean. The sandwiches are always nice and crispy on the outside and well cooked. The iced teas are also good - no issues with bitterness here - and the donuts are typically fresh even at mid-day. Highly recommend this location!

I have tried to give this location a try so many times, but something is always missing or wrong, and often takes a long time to come out. Today it was a missing donut and a latte that was only half full.

The service here is pretty mixed depending on who is on staff. I've had some who are really bad and completely just ignored the growing line and continued having their conversation with other staff members, and then I've had people who are really on top of it. The food is fine and comparable to other Dunkin locations. The atmosphere is 👎👎👎 The outdoor signs have been broken for years and it looks really bad. One of the ones on the building has been unlit and missing it's cover since 2020. One of the ones by drive-thru is literally just laying on the ground broken since someone ran it over years ago. The big dumpster by the drive-thru is exposed and open even though it has a cover they're supposed to put on/around it. There is also multiple giant potholes in the drive-thru that have never gotten filled in and really need to be. There is no indoor seating as they got rid of it and replaced it with this table for Doordash/UberEats which really didn't need all that space as it's a really tiny table. In general, the location just needs a face-lift. If it got renovated it'd actually be alright.

always forgets extra matcha powder, sometimes puts coffee IN the matcha. went through the drive thru and the worker was unprofessional.
Waited 5 minutes at the drive thru intercom waiting for someone to answer us. Ordered 2 peppermint mochas. Got to the drive thru window, waited another 7 minutes for 2 drinks. They were not busy. The coffee cup felt very light and didn’t smell like peppermint. I opened the coffee cup to find it was filled up maybe a quarter of the way….. the coffee had creamer in it only. Not peppermint, no sugar. Will never come to this place again.

This place sucks!! Worst Dunkin I have ever been to! All the employees are super slow! Waited 15 minutes for a drink and they forgot my food. They constantly put sugar in my coffe when I state no sugar...I’m a diabetic. Can we please get new Management!

This place is ridiculous. The employees are the most unfriendly people I've ever seen in a restaurant, and act like customers are a major inconvenience. On more than one occasion, there will be customers waiting to order while an employee stands at the side of the counter talking to one of their friends, completely ignoring customers. It seems like none of them want to work there. After waiting for the employee to finish up their conversation and take your order you then have to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes to actually get your food. I can only assume this is because the employees in the back are goofing off which you can hear all the way out in the front.
