Quick service. Food was hot and delicious. Jalapeño kick burger was 10/10. Appetizer sampler was enough for a meal. Nice clean dining atmosphere. Can’t beat kids eat free after 4pm.

I don't know what the hell you people put in your omelettes, but I chomped down on what I can only imagine was a piece of literal wood in mine. It got lodged in my tooth, and took over an hour to pry out - and once I did, it took a chunk of my tooth with it. I'm livid, I'm done, I've had it. Absolutely never going to bother with this place again unless they pay for my dental bills. Fire your chef before this happens to another person.

Not enough staff help... Three hostesses were only standing around doing nothing but laughing not helping anyone. Had to wait a while.

Waffles so cold did not melt butter. Need to fire the biscuit maker, biscuits looked more like pancakes then biscuits.

We don't typically wander out on Sunday mornings but found our way to IHOP on a whim. It was busy as the southern maryland woke up and church goers started to arrive but the serving staff handled it admirably. I'm sure that there's some statistical analysis that went into the size of the "personal coffeepot" you get when you order but I find a pot of coffee that holds enough for one and a half cups plain odd. Staff was on the ball retrieving sweetener and cream. Food was great. Not surprising. It always is. Keep in mind, if you arrive between 9 and 10AM, you're beating the after church rush.

I came in and placed an to go order only to want to toss it out. A sweet young lady promised my order would be made over my next visit. Called a few days later only to be denied by mister Kelly who told me my name wasn’t placed in their book which seems like their mistake! ihop in California will never see me as an customer again this is the second time they have not delivered as far as customer service! I am disgusted

Arrived 15 minutes till 11pm. Surprised and grateful they offer late night dining, closing @ midnight. We were standing @ front to be seated for about 10 minutes and staff in sight. Finally, manager sat us, then our waitress came to take orders about 20 minutes after being seated! However the staff was polite, apologetic
and accommodating, and I got the feeling they were trying their best with an extremely low staff ratio, at that time in the evening. The food was good but not great. I had the strawberry & banana pancakes, topped with strawberry and whipped cream. It needed more strawberry syrup which I requested and provided on the side. They were very fluffy like I've remembered back in the day though. My friend ordered the Colorado omelette. I tasted it, and agreed with them that salt was greatly needed—but that's easy to add by oneself. The bacon pieces on top of omelette were slightly overdone. The hot chocolate however, was perfect. I like IHOP, but they have gone down both in quality and staffing.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, in fact, not only were several children there around midnight with their families (travelers I presume), and they provide highchairs, an extensive kids menu and weekdays 4pm-11pm kids eat free! I don't have kids, I just noticed the promotion and other guests.
