Food was extremely hit and miss. When asked about if we were ok with the food it was within the first bite... after that there was no going back. The waitress informed us that we should have said something on the first instance that she came by. So cut into your steak when they bring it and make them take it back if it is wrong. Paying money for something they should be good at and then not being happy with it is not something anyone wants to do. We think the business has changed hands also, no host on entry and no attention to detail of patron retention. Won't be going back in a hurry which is a shame as it was out go to place for a special meal.

My favorite thing of the night was our waitress she was perfect! Ashley did a great job at taking care of us and making sure our orders came out correctly. She was nice and always checking in on us. The chef, Val, cooked an incredible meal for me and my wife. It's the best steak I've had in the county in a while. It made me feel like I was at home. All of my food tasted so good and the atmosphere was perfect. The lighting was great and the music wasn't super loud. My wife and I definitely found our favorite steak house now. Thank you for an incredible dining experience. We will be back!

Longhorn Steakhouse in California MD, May 28, 2025, check #22555. We had a party of 5 at 12P and was told there was a 30 minute wait with other persons seated at just 2 tables.
The service was horrendous and the food was terrible. 1 person didn't get to eat because their medium steak was beyond well done and given back. A 2nd person only received part of her food and a 3rd person asked for dessert and had to wait 25 minutes for a piece of cake w/ice-cream. Getting a second bread or drink refills was out of the question.
Absolutely no apologies or visit from the manager, just a check to pay $130 for poor service and terrible food.

Bring a sweater, no matter the season, it's always cold. Otherwise, everything is nice.

I ordered the parm crusted chicken with brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes. Food took about 20 minutes to come out, and was delish. Chicken had a bit too much cheese for me but the flavor was amazing. the brussels sprouts were fantastic as well as the potatoes. Our server, Andrew was very genuine/kind and a great server.

Thanks for the amazing food and service, as always. :) I received a perfectly cooked ribeye. Prompt and attention to details.

Thinnest ribeye I ever seen

Well the California Longhorn really disappointed our family. Kids wanted Texas Roadhouse but they were not opened yet so we went to Longhorn. We've eaten at Waldorf location and always on point. Not this one. It was about 1 pm not a lot of people there, but several waitresses. We got the bartender as our waitress. She took forever to get our drinks and our food about 45 minutes and it was cold. I saw one person at the bar, so she wasn't busy there. I had to go to the bar to ask her for more bread and a refill. And when would our food be ready. I ended up asking another waitress for a condiment we requested initially. Just for clarity, I have been a server and a bartender at a previous employment. This experience was brutal. The kids were not only hungry, but were getting upset. On top of that our food was cold. No we did not complain, we should have and yes we left the standard tip. Highly do not recommend this Longhorn Steakhouse.

The restaurant in California md is freezing. It's very uncomfortable to enjoy a meal while you are cold. Please adjust to the outside atmosphere. 2 of the servers agreed as they stated they were cold as well.

Rib eye steak was good, a lil too much fat but good taste,Brocolli and mashed potatoes were good.

Appetizers, the steakhouse wings and the firecracker chicken wraps are excellent. The wraps aren't spicy at all. The ribs here are hands down some of the best around this area. I usually get mine with the sauce on the side so I can just dip the meat in as I pull it from the bone, allowing me to keep my blood sugar in check. The salmon is also excellent, as are the hand breaded chicken tenders. For sides, the Brussels sprouts are awesome (sometimes they can get a little heavy on the butter sauce they are in, but on average, are just right), the fire roasted corn on the cob is delicious when in season, and you get plenty of asparagus per order.

LJ and Abby are some of the best servers around and Tyler is excellent at the bar and as a server. All of the staff are great, but these are some of our favorites to be sat with whenever we come in.

Great service. Good food. Fast. In and out quickly. Good drinks.

Great service, delicious steak

My family and I have eaten here several times, and the food is always hot & fresh. Service is fantastic.
