The drive thru employee on 7/28/24 kept telling me hold on to take my order. I waited 20 minutes and he never came to the window to take my order but the 1 line was getting there’s taken. Please have better training and customer service. It sounded like he was sleep in the back whomever was taking orders for the second line
Just left from there, make it home. See this store has yet again messed up my order and I can’t even call them. For whatever reason their phone number doesn’t work. Worst McDonalds in Maryland.
