This McDonalds is the worst in all of Maryland, maybe the world? Employees have been seen to be lazy and unhelpful, service is extremely slow, they might get our order correct 5% of the time, even using the mobile app. I recommend new management or closing this place down completely and building something that won't waste people's time.

Dont order walk in or curbside at this location or you will wait forever for your food as they apparently inly care about drive thru. Ordered curbside and did not get our food until 55mins later. Sat and waited for 35mins watching drive thru come and go and multiple cars waiting curbside not a single curbside order was brought out. Finally got out and walked inside only to see tons of people inside waiting on orders, they give drive thru priority and ignore all other order types which is total bs as we all pay the same money 🤬 Finally got my curbside order 55mins later after having to walk inside and complain.

Update a year later.... They are still ran by incompetent humans. The food is always old and dried out, they can't get SIMPLE orders correct and 4 times in a row ordering breakfast they can't understand what extra butter means. I don't like syrup so I like butter for hotcakes. We got 3 orders of hotcakes and they gave us 3 butters. They are rude and the management needs to learn how to manage a business. The only thing holding this place up is the name, McDonald's. Otherwise they would have went outta business years ago.

The food is almost ALWAYS old and dried out. The last 4 times we've gotten chicken Nuggets, they have been HARD, dried out, and old. Same with the frys, so hard they can't be eaten and old as heck. Doesn't matter if you go at a busy time or a slow time. They send you to curbside parking from the drive thru about 50% of the time, even if your order is only two items. The employees are disrespectful and hate their jobs. I blame management.

The worst McDonald’s I have ever had the displeasure of patronizing. The service is terrible and slow, it’s a gamble on whether you are gonna get everything you paid for and/or if the food is gonna be hot or not.

Ordered one thing it was repeated back correctly. I was charged properly. Got the wrong food. Ordered a drink and got no straw. Maybe the lady taking orders shouldn't be so worried about taking the next order while someone is right in front of her and trying to remember it while she cashes someone else out. Seems like she should only be aloud to do one task at a time

Don’t know what changed in drive thru, but recently this place has been a disaster of rude service workers and long wait times. I go here on my lunch and last time they completely forgot about my order (left me waiting 25 mins in the spot and I had to walk in and ask) and this time I sat in lane two to be ignored for 10 mins only for me to go through lane one immediately. When I got to the window I asked if their lane two was down to get all but ignored by the worker (who is usually very nice) and when I asked to clarify while paying he said it’s running. Guys, come on. No one likes working but this is unacceptable.

My fries were cold and hard and unsalted, they didn’t give me my honey mustard or ranch and my husband had plastic on his onion in his burger. Highly unsatisfied. I do NOT recommend

Horrible experience! They messed up my order and the little hispanic girl had an attitude! Don’t work food service if you have an issue with fixing something small like a drink dummy. This is why i spend extra dollars to go to Starbucks 😂😂

I've noticed a strong odor coming from Ruth the manager on occasion. While she's a great manager and always pleasant, the smell could be off putting to other customers and potentially impact their experience.
