They have 5 cars sitting in reserve and no cars in line??? Fast food not 40 minutes of waiting food. People go through drive through for a reason.

Almost every time I come here using the drive-through, the front window inevitably wants me to move forward to wait for my food. Well on March 17. this happened once again. This time I told the girl in the front drive-through that will not be pulling forward. I will wait right there at the window. Then I had a very rude employee named Joyce, tell me I will move or she Will refund my money and send me on my way.Shortly after I got my food, I sat in the parking lot next to this McDonald’s eating my lunch. And who comes out the front door to have a cigarette right in front of where they park car waiting for food, you guessed it it was joyce. She did not have a care one about the customers coming to get food with our car windows open and having cigarettes blown into their cars.Sure hope she washed her hands before returning to work.

I had lunch inside here on Saturday and was amazed how clean it was. The food was delivered fast, it was good, and hot, and someone even stopped by and asked if they could get me anything. I asked for a water and received it with a smile.

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD! - I don’t go to McDonald’s often, but when I do? Especially this location? Something is usually missing.Today was a simple order for 3 Chicken McGriddles with cheese. Had to park in the wait lot. Got food after a long wait. Almost drove off without checking. No cheese on any of them. It’s literally 2 buns, chicken, and cheese. You pay extra for that cheese. I imagine there are lots of people who get gyped daily and they either don’t realize it, or it’s too late. ALWAYS CHECK!Otherwise it’s McDonalds with McDonalds food.

Literally was tons of plastic in my fries. I ate the plastic then realized very quickly I didn’t eat a French fry , so I dig thru my fries and found tons of plastic .
