When to Panera this afternoon, ordered an Asian sesame chicken salad. I ask the you lady to add mandarin oranges to my salad, that was the only modification. I get home ready to eat the salad and not only was the No Mandarins but NO CHICKEN. How do you forget the chicken that comes with the salad? Paid extra for Mandarins and they were know where to be found. I may be done with Panera because the service is nonexistent.

I give these people a lot of business but some of them show a dislike towards me. One wouldn't even take a tip from me. I hope they are not bullying me because of a certain person (so tired of being bullied to death over that person). Other customers seem to deliberately try to be nice and open the door for me but it's no consolation for the 23 years and counting I've suffered over this person. I'm in terrible pain all the time because of the ordeal which I'm sure there are people who are aware of it.

i got ghosted here and when i found out he blocked me they played one of your girls by troye sivan and we cant be friends by ariana grande back to back on the speakers. that was really cruel. the sandwich i ate to cope was great but the urge to run my car into opposing traffic after leaving was not.

UPDATED NOV 2024: Wow- SHRINKFLATION is here on a massive scale. Their ingredients taste cheaper as well. Go at your own risk. No kidding. Just make sure you understand a cup of soup is actually maybe 4 oz, not an actual cup.

I usually have zero issues with this location, but 2 days ago I ordered the new French Dip sandwich half and literally was like the old woman from the old commercial "where's the beef?!" My sandwich look good from the side but when I opened it there was practically NOTHING but bread and cheese! So disappointed in that. I paid $8 for bread and aujus sauce...seriously?! Come on guys...do better! Definitely false advertising there....

This place is the death of my Keto diet, or reason I have to restart it every couple months. The fireside chili is new on the menu and a winner. Hot sandwiches, soups, salads, cold sandwiches...you can't miss with the "Pick Two" l recommend a hot half sandwich and the chili with a baguette as a side. Kill that Ketosis with style.

I visited what was, unfortunately, the dirtiest Panera I've ever encountered. While I have always enjoyed their food, this experience left me questioning the overall hygiene standards of the establishment.
Upon entering, I was greeted by the tempting aroma of freshly baked goods and hearty soups, but that quickly faded as I took in the surroundings. The floors were in dire need of a thorough cleaning, and the tables were messy and unkempt. It was disheartening to see so many employees working behind the counter, yet no one seemed to take the time to clean the dining area.
One particular server caught my attention—while I appreciate individuality, I was surprised to see a staff member with long hair and a beard, both of which were not secured with a hairnet. This raised serious concerns about food safety and hygiene. In a restaurant environment, especially one known for its fresh ingredients and healthy options, I expect a higher level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
Despite the quality of the food being good as always, the lack of cleanliness overshadowed my experience. It was disappointing to see such a reputable chain fall short in this regard. I hope this location can address these issues promptly, as I would love to enjoy my favorite Panera meals in a more pleasant and hygienic environment.
