It's really hit or miss here. Sometimes the food is an absolute banger. Sometimes it takes 15 minutes and it's just kinda bland. Sometimes the staff don't wanna be bothered and sometimes they're chill and nice.

Food was okay. Ordered a combo and was not given a biscuit or a utensil. Utensil I can survive without. It is not difficult to add a biscuit. Shame honestly.

Don't go here if you want chicken. They don't have any. They can't read your order and get it correct. They give you whatever they feel like. It's 7pm, not 945 get it together and hire a better manager and cook the food you sell!

Received food cold. Its not like I waited until I drove home and it got cold. I was hungry and tried to eat my sandwich in the car as soon as I got it. But it was refrigerator cold!

Items were missing from my order and even tho the worker handed me my food and said have a good day, when I told them my biscuits and drink was missing, they already knew! They said "i know, we're out of that drink, would you like another drink?" I said no. Then i was about to say im missing my biscuits. They said "i know youre missing biscuits also. Would you like to wait for us to make some?"

Of course I waited and got my biscuits. But the problem is they was ready to send me off without my items if I didn't check and say something.

Don't come to this popeyes.

Placed a mobile order at this restaurant and got there 5 minutes before closing. When we arrived an employee informed us the dining room was closed so we would have to go through the drive thru to get our order so we did and attempted to talk to someone through the speaker to no avail. We ended up driving up to the window and the woman told us at that point that the mobile orders had already been thrown away (it was 9:59 at that point). So we wasted $40 and our food was thrown out. Do NOT recommend this location at all. The employee did not even seem apologetic.

I like popeyes food once in a while but it is always a gamble whether you'll get your order fulfilled at ANY location Ive been to. Got a ghost pepper sandwich and it wasnt spicy at all but at least it was warm. Large fries ended up being a cold small fries (with the paper packet) put into a box. It was almost insulting but in the long run it's probably better for my health lol.

You know, I find it funny that I have tried to order from this location twice in the past two weeks and they never have any items on the menu. First time there was no chicken sandwiches and now this past time when I ordered ahead they still didn’t have items. But this past order was just upsetting. I placed a mobile order and was told to go through the drive thru. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes to get to the speaker box and once I get there, I’m told they only have regular chicken. No chicken sandwiches or tenders.

It’s getting a little old every time I try to get food from this place I leave empty handed. Whoever you have running the late shift clearly doesn’t care about customers and allows the employees to have attitudes.

I will not attempt a third time to eat here as I see the establishing trend.
