Went through drive thru and ordered the eight piece meal which is 32.99. Not cheap! We got 3 legs, 3 tiny wings, 1 breast and 1 thigh. I have gotten this same meal many times before from other locations. We always got 2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 legs and 2 wings. So I did not have enough chicken to feed my family. I will never go to this location again.

Absolutely horrible staff. Everytime I've gone here they didn't have half the menu. The staff is extremely rude and when you do get your order it's always wrong and you have to argue to get it corrected. When you ask for a manager they are no help either. I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy.

3 times in a row I’ve had issues here. The first time they gave me a sandwich that was supposed to be spicy, but was in a regular bag. They said they had run out of spicy bags but that the sandwich was spicy. It wasn’t. The next time, it was maybe 15 minutes from closing and they were only accepting cash and only had chicken in bone. The last time was about an hour before closing where I had an online order for in store pickup. The dining room was already closed (the hours on the door says it should be open!) and after going through the drive thru it turned out they couldn’t/wouldn’t fulfill our order unless we wanted chicken with bone. So if you want their chicken with bone, you don’t mind drive thru, and you carry cash, then this place is OK. But it seems to me that management is letting the employees prep for closing really early, which begs the question why they bother staying open past 8-830 if they can’t fulfill orders.

Service was terrible. They keep hiring people that have zero customer service skills and they treat customers disrespectfully when they’re ordering making them wait long periods of time even when there is no line. There’s all this waiting but when you get your food it’s mostly stale and old. I can’t over exaggerate enough how disrespectful, disgusting and unprofessional this establishment is.

Ordered a number 5, three piece mild tenders with fries. It's as if the cashier wasn't paying attention and I had to read the order again. Then I messed up by not checking it before leaving. I recieved a 3 piece combo, not tenders. The person I bought it for wouldn't eat it and I didn't discover the worker hadn't put it in right until I got home.They put the combo numbers up on the menu to make it easy and they still manage to mess it up.
