I loved ordering from here years ago. They had $1.99 kids meals on DoorDash, so I went crazy. They caught on shortly after and raised the kids meals to $6.99. That was the last time I ordered from them. It was great while it lasted.

i had gotten an online order for a single burger which was supposedly supposed to be ready at 11:55, i had came in at 12 and was told my order was still not ready which was fine. The workers at the front desk were very polite but i had not received my order till about 12:35 which was insane. do not order online just come in and eat.

Ate there tonight for the first time in a long while, my how things have changed. The burger was good, but the fries were seemingly the last possible degs they could scrape out without making a new batch. Hard, small greasy bits with no real size fries on my plate. Won't go back to this location for another long while I guess.

Food was ok. Received food but was never check on until after the meal was done. Wasn't offered a refill on bottomless sides. It was Sunday with TVs but only 2 TVs had Football or any other sport.

Disappointing. Mediocre at best. Burger buns were cold, meat was bland and unseasoned. Bacon was pathetic. Service was okay I guess. Still had to wait a while for refills. Wouldn’t go again I don’t think

When in and ordered a burger steak fries and onion rings cost me 32.00 bucks and it SUXED, Thought they made their own burgers it was as flat as any order place and non the better fries soso and the onion rings weremt that great either to be honest folks go to mickey D's you will save money and have the sdame meat!

I want to praise the manager of this Red Robin restaurant for displaying the best of customer service one could ever obtain! Tara was fabulous! I had some complications with my phone order and some issues that I faced upon picking up the order. In the end, I was beyond satisfied and taken care of by manager Tara. This woman is incredible as she listens to her customers, discerns the best way to handle the situation, and then she immediately implements a resolution! I am so impressed with this manager and because of her I will continuously come back to Red Robin because I know that even when something doesn't go exactly as planned, the restaurant has my back in the end! There will always be things that are going to happen when dining out, but how an issue is resolved is the most important piece to the puzzle. And manager Tara knows how to handle such situations and represent Red Robin in the finest light! Thank you Tara and thank you Red Robin!

Placed an order today via the app received a confirmation email along with confirmation on my app ( see attached photo ). Drive thirty minutes and was told there was an issue with their system and there is nothing they can do. I was not notified of any issue and they offered to only charge me again and remake the food. Completely unacceptable will never come in again nor order again and we order and eat in at least twice a week. Do not recommend they show customers no respect.
