Not great. I don’t know if this particular chain agrees with me whatsoever. I have visited many across the country, but this was the worst. We won’t visit again.We ordered a variety of food on a plain ole weekend evening. Our waiter was very sidetracked and hard to get ahold of, even though the restaurant was rather empty.One dish in particular was a big letdown. I ordered a chicken sandwich with an avocado smash. The chicken was so tough it was nearly impossible to chew. I had to break the sandwich down into bite sized pieces to get thru. The lettuce was nasty and lifeless.

I feel like they've just given up. The service was ok. After taking our orders, we didn't see her again till after someone else brought our food. We had to ask 3 different people to get some mayo and ranch. We got the loaded fried. They look NOTHING like the picture. Maybe half the burnt ends and cheese, and 1/3 of the fries. We asked for some pink on our burgers, they were well done. Also, they were pretty bland, like they hadn't been seasoned at all. At least it was pretty clean?

Our first experience with Red Robin and we are very impressed! Staff were fast, efficient and the order was perfect.Most importantly, the food was delicious.

Last time when we came here was either 2014 or 2015 because then food wasn't good at all. It's been like 8 or 9 years so We tried again. Our server was excellent! French fries were ok but burger that I ordered wasn't good again. I liked Red Robin when I lived in Vancover, Canada...taste very different.so disappointing.
I ordered thr Crispy Chicken Tender Salad. The description states it includes hard boiled and mixed greens. My salad included 100% iceberg lettuce and no egg. Itincluded the rest of the items as stated in the description. If your not going to include items as stated you need to update your menus or inform the customer!
