Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

went to Rita's tonight and my husband ordered a Blendini, the concoction that is icee with custard in the center. He ordered it with Vanilla Custard and when they handed it to him it was a mox of Chocolate and Vanilla. he sent it back and all the did was scrape off the top visible portion of the custard leaving the Chocolate/Vanilla Swirl inside the icee mix. needless to say it was NOT edible. Called them and got no answer waiting for a response from them. not acceptable- it should have been remade.

A much-needed dessert stop after eating ribs at Uncle D's Grill. Our group of soccer players wanted a tasty dessert and Rita's easily answered the call. Our server, Kayleigh, was polite and professional, and helped us order what we wanted. It was delicious.

I love me some Rita's. I didn't frequent this often but the one in Charlotte Hall is almost everyday after work. I'm there so much that must of the
ladies know what I'm ordering before I order. Got to tip them as they provide stellar customer service

The custards and ices are good, but way too expensive.

Fantastic service is evident at Rita’s. What an incredible custard/ frozen ice treat! I returned the next day after requesting root beer ice and sure enough they had it in stock. California, MD you’re really lucky to have this gem in your community! Great customer satisfaction!!!!

Went to buy a pint of frozen custard to eat and they refused to give me a fresh poured pint so I could eat it there. Knowing how flimsy the plastic spoons are. The kid said they weren’t allowed to pour a pint. Better to go out of town for frozen custard.

i love this place! drive thru, inside lobby, and outside window! super cool! management in the last month or so has been super duper!!

Since the management turnover in the last few weeks this place is amazing! The staff love their jobs and seem so happy! The new manager is very friendly and outgoing and the staff seem to love her! So thankful for this turn around!
