WOW!!!! You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Visiting California MD from Atlanta we decided to dine in at Slim Chickens. We never heard of this place before today. The guy that greeted us as we walked in Daniel, who we later found out is the area manager, was spectacular. He explained how it all operates to us first timers so beautifully we were comfortable now to place our orders. The service we got rivaled that of Chick-fil-A. I would definitely recommend their tenders and sauces. ALL THE SAUCES. 😆😋

I got tenders and the club. Both were very good. Several dipping sauce choices. The drive thru layout is weird. Two lanes that merge into one, which isn't out of the ordinary, just the way you merge in. There is kind of a bottleneck because there isn't much room to merge from the outside lane. They did have a guy out taking payment and running food. He was what seemed mildly disabled. He was very respectful, good attitude and gave me great recommendations on what to get.

First time, slipped through drive thru, service kid great 👍 chicken & fries were hot and fresh. Soda was fresh and tasteful. Toast was also very good.
Ray was absolutely amazing. Food was a little salty for my taste. The atmosphere had a good vibe.

Did curbside, got there 5 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. Let them know what spot I was in, however after 20 minutes I became concerned. I waited 30 whole minutes, an employee comes out, delivers food to the car next to me, and walks back inside. So I get out, and I’m walking in to check on my order, and the people in the car next to me get out and they have my order! After I watched them open it and check the food, and of course touch my food. I’ve waited so long that I don’t even care, so I get back in my car, however they forgot my fries. The order was wrong on top of all that! So I have to go in anyway to get my fries to eat with the chicken tenders that some random people just touched, that were cold at this point anyway. Ridiculous how one place can be so painfully incompetent.
