Today I came here to buy a drink. I don't come here very often, but every time I do, l am usually very satisfied. I feel respected when I order and pick up my drink from the staff. However, today I encountered two employees who were extremely rude to customers — one Black woman and one Hispanic woman, at least that's my guess. Their service attitude was extremely poor. When I placed my order, they seemed very annoyed by my pronunciation, but honestly, I think her English was worse than mine. After I finished ordering, they made my drink and then just kept chatting with each other. I waited a long time to pick up my order, probably almost 20 minutes, sitting there feeling completely ignored. I glanced over and saw that my drink seemed to be ready, but they didn't bother calling my name. The drink itself was okay, but the service was extremely terrible. If you come here and happen to encounter these two employees, make sure to order very clearly and seriously so you won't be looked down on or discriminated against.

The coffee is good, but the wait is long. Even when there aren't many people ordering or waiting, it takes a long time to get your drink. Too bad they don't offer order ahead, I'd buy more often for Target runs.

The staff is super friendly and hard working. I know how difficult it can be to have to make hundreds of drinks while people stare in your face and make demands. It’s beautiful to see strong work ethic and great customer service in spite of the pressure of us demanding customers. I’m also happy with the consistency of my drink’s taste each time I go. Highly recommend this Starbucks as a regular go to!

Always kind of trashy. Usually they are out of several things today the espresso machine was out, no strawberry puree and something else broke as we were leaving. Not terrible but below Starbucks usual quality.
Kinda glad I moved away from the area. First time back in 5 months and they completely screwed up my order and then told my wife she can't use any app coupons. I won't return to this location during this visit

Hands down one of the worst Starbucks experiences. Mobile ordering is supposed to be CONVENIENT!!!!! Waiting 45 min for coffee is crazy!!! The drive thru staff is always better than inside. But go to Prince Frederick Starbucks. The best in SoMD!!!!!
