Workers told us they were closed 10 minutes before closing time and doors were locked while they stood at the counter on their phones
took to long to take our order. there was a young blond girl around the age of 16, when me and my friends came in we saw her sitting down chatting with her friends, we got done getting our icecream and toppings and were standing there waiting for someone to come to the counter to pay and no one came until the blond girl talking to her friends at the table come up after 10 minutes to finally take our order while her friend who was unemployed was also standing with her having her take the order with her laughing. mind you we made eye contact with girls about 5 times when we were looking around waiting for an employee. we would’ve never known the girl who came to take us was employed because she had no uniform on or anything .

Only frozen yogurt place around, usually out of flavors I want whenever I go.. a lot of times the frozen yogurt comes out very watery.

I walked up and got my food and the man behind the register started screaming at me to place my desert on the scale. He weighed my food and gave me a dirty look when it was over 43 oz. He told me that I had to wipe off the food dripping on the scale and clean up after myself. I will NOT be coming back as the staff is totally untrained and uncontrolled.

1st time at this location and most definitely the last. Not welcoming at all. No greeting, employees didn't look up as we passed the counter. At least 2 were tending to their phones. Cashier couldn't get his mouth open.

Some kid picked up a spoon and ate some of the candies off of it. The mother paid no attention. Young adults are taking care of the business. not paying attention to anything. I do like the yogurt
