We decided to order something from Door Dash and saw Tender Shack, thinking let’s try some place new. Order arrived 20 min later than expected to no fault of the delivery driver, the original Dasher left the store, food arrived and it was cold and soggy and order wasn’t even correct. Portion size of the fries was like they took what someone didn’t eat from their plate and put it in the box. The other weird thing we noticed was the food came in an Outback restaurant bag. Food was less than desirable in taste for the money we paid. Thankfully, Door Dash customer service was on point tonight and they helped fix the issue to the best of their ability. We will never order from the Royersford, PA “Outback”Tender Shack again.

The Baton Rouge location is absolutely horrible. I’ve ordered from them at least 3 times and every time I order, they get the whole order wrong! The employees at this location obviously can’t read what people order. I ordered Nashville hot tenders meal, 2 tender shack sauce, and extra fries, didn’t get any tender shack sauce, they gave my husband one thing of ranch, no extra fries, and regular tenders. The receipt on the bag even tells us what we ordered. The Kenner, La. Location always gave us the correct order. So either the employees just don’t care or the managers don’t care who they hire. Honestly they just need to shut down because I’m sure I’m not the only person that have gotten their order COMPLETELY WRONG!!!!! Hire smarter people seriously, because clearly the employees there are illiterate ??♀️

I paid a dollar for extra sauce. I had 3 total sauces. I dipped my fries and chicken. I still needed my own sauce for dipping
