After walking out of Lonestar disappointedā¦ you guys put the smile back on our faces! Great staff, great service, and fantastic food ā¦ worth every penny! I asked for an extra cinnamon-butter and got a handed a bag with extra rolls and plenty of yummy butter!

Our family loves texas roadhouse. That being said we only go to the california, md location because of Grady. He is the absolute best makes us feel so special and runs an atmosphere that is fun and enjoyable. Thank you for taking such great care of us! See u next time!

I went to TRH because the lady was craving the bread, so we went. It's been a while for me. How have I forgotten how good their steaks can be? I saw the sirloins in the meat window while waiting on our table, and thought they looked amazing so that is what I ordered. I am usually a NY strip guy. The sirloin's flavor punched out of its weight class. Tender, juicy, awesomeness! One of the better STEAKS I have had in a while. We'll be back there soon.

Not one to typically complain but tonight was a different experience. My daughter turned 9 today and she chose Texas Roadhouse for her birthday dinner. She was extremely excited seeing other customers getting the birthday song and saddle. I made our male server know that it was her birthday as well. A little while later, he approached our table and told us that āhe didnāt want to ask the staff to do the birthday festivities for her because they actually do not like it and there have already been a lot of birthdays today.ā He then looked at my daughter and asked āis that okay if we do not do it?ā She felt very awkward and extremely disappointed and was embarrassed that he even asked her thatā¦ of course she said okay but looked very upset. My husband asked if she could at least get ice cream or something, we would have paid. He never came back with ice cream and just came back with the checks. Highly disappointed with the customer service and sad my child couldnāt experience the fun that everyone was having around us.

Steven our waiter was very attentive and extremely courteous. This was our first time visiting, even the hostess and manager who took our wait-list call was courteous and professional. Will definitely visit again considering I frequent the Hotel near by.

Update December 8, 2024: we have been ordering online for sometime now. We used to order twice a month, until items were missing. Well this time it was 2 orders of a dozen rolls. We never recieved them AND after getting the "how did we do survey", I never heard from management. We have had sides missing in the past, dressings, even one entree (first order didn't check, we went back). We are out 9.99 plus tax, we had 4 entrees, and received 9 rolls total with 6 large tubs of their cinnamon butter. Obviously they kept my rolls for themselves to eat somewhere. Love how you can pick your style of steak and the exact one in the display before heading to your table. Their choices are homestyle, but with a little difference. Very tasty. Unfortunately, their Texas blooming onion sauce does not pair well with the semi sweet onion. And their cheese on the fries tend to clump due to a massive amount concentrated in one area. Plus side, bacon tastes amazing and get a lot. We also have ordered their fried pickles, yum!
