Took 20 mins to get a beer. My cheeseburger fell apart. Wife's Chicken Caesar wrap had almost no chicken in it. Not going back.

My recent visit to Greene Turtle was made exceptional by Paola's outstanding service. Her friendliness and attentiveness created a truly memorable dining experience. We highly recommend her and will definitely return.

If there was an option for negative stars, I would choose that. Had lunch here with friends and my visiting mother. My mom and one friend ate crab dip and both got terrible food poisoning. Avoid this place at all cost.

Order the crab cake duo, it was disgusting. They need to rectify that recipe. Also got a kids pasta that was sticky like paste, probably failed to rinse.
Being the duo is a 30 dollar crab cake, that has no spice and stuffed with terrible fillers makes it awful.
Their crab cake isn't even close to an original Maryland crab cakes. Disappointing!!

the food took very long to come out even though there were 10 people in total there. they also gave me cheese fries that just had two slices of half melted cheddar on it.

Our server didn't check on us after she brought our food until we were nearly done with our meal and, by that point, a person in our group ate their food in spite of it not being what they ordered because they were hungry and couldn't wait. Then, when we told our server that they got the wrong food, they disagreed. Which we didn't want any money back because the person eating it had eaten almost all of the wrong order because they were hungry and if it was which we didn't want any money back because the person eating it had eaten almost all of the wrong order because they were hungry but it wasn't. I don't believe it was the server's fault. I believe it was the fault, whether they were out of this particular dish or they got it mixed up because the two dishes look or maybe the server grabbed the wrong but you would think that whoever got the other dish would say something too. But if a server has time they should check on their tables a few minutes after they've served the food to make sure the customers don't need anything else and everything's okay. Plus consolidation is a key to waiting on tables. If a server one table checks at a time, they will never be able to take care of several tables at one time.. consolidate your efforts by breezing by all of your tables and taking a fast drink order and going and putting your drinks in and when you go to the kitchen and get everything you need and then return instead of one thinging it at the time. Slo-mo servers do that!

I ordered the Beer Battered Fish and Chips To Go. Menu showed it came with Tartar Sauce and French Fries. They packaged Sour Cream instead. I don't keep Tartar Sauce on hand and didn't have time to return to the restaurant before work. This mistake ruined the dinner for me.

Ordered Crab Cakes and cookie dessert. Both were overcooked. Waitress was slow to greet in comparison to an adjacent table that she serviced afterwards.
