Unbelievable how many times I’ve been to this place just to get disappointed EVERY single time. I’ve worked in the Fast Food industry before so I try to keep an open mind and try to be understanding but the service here is just unacceptable. I order food here frequently and would like to keep stopping by here when i’m craving Wendy’s but this specific store is just an abomination. Whenever I’m in the Drive-Thru or the lobby I do not feel welcomed, I feel like I’m actually bothering the employees (even who I think is the Store Manager!!) every time I come here. Now, I don’t wanna lump every single employee into my complaints because there’s a few young ladies who are very nice and polite, but most of the employees here qualify into my complaints. Sometimes when I’m in the lobby, and most of the time i’m the only one, I’ll make eye contact with like 5 people before someone decides to come to the register. I always stay respectful and use my manners yet I’m always getting rude body languages, eye rolls, and it gets to a point where they sigh, huffing and puffing on the microphone over the silliest things! One that immediately comes to mind was because I wanted to substitute my drink for a Frosty. I should not have to feel like I’m disturbing the employees when that’s the job they chose. And this location is embarrassingly stingy with their sauces. With the Biggie Bags, they always ask me what sauce I want and 9 times out of 10 the sauce is never in the bag. Why ask me what sauce I want when I never get it in the first place!? And the very few times I do get the sauce, I’ll only get one tiny cup for 2 meals, practically forcing me at that point to ask for more. There has also been a few times where I’ve gotten their Strawberry Lemonade and for some reason I’m met with a half Strawberry Lemonade and half Hi-C Strawberry. Y’know, I kind of assumed it was because maybe the fountain for their Lemonade was running low so they tried to make do with what they had. But the first time this happened we went back inside to get it fixed and the fountain that was presented at the counter was probably 3/4 full. So I don’t know who they think they’re fooling with the half and half drink when it looks red when they do it instead of the normal pink color. I could go on and on about the problems I have with this location, I just hope this place fixes itself up because I enjoy Wendy’s food but this store in specific takes all the joy out of my visits.

The food was very good. I just want in at a busy time. I ordered 4 different things, and the order was perfect.
On line take out is the lowest priority. We sat there for 25 minutes and watched people order at the counter, get their order, and leave. They didn't start mine until no one was in drive thru or at the counter. What's the point of on line orders if they ignore you?
Register needs to be polite & professional. Previously I have had professional service. Tuesday night, rude, terrible body language, needs to be corrected or replaced immediately. When you get the order wrong...Apologize! You don't always get multiple chances! You are not a victim, GROW UP young lady!
Great food and service!!
The food is pretty good here for fast food and I love their frostys. But the inside seems to close too early. The prices are kind of high but at least food has become extremely expensive. The nuggets here are so tasty and they have healthy tasty salads.

Very hit or miss, especially when it comes to the manager on duty. A few are kind and always willing to great you and be respectful. There is one in particular that will just ruin your entire day, or night. Rude, angry, and really hates mobile orders.

Every time I go to a Wendy's its always a risk. Order online trying to make it quicker. Get to the drive through and sit for 15 minutes waiting for orders to go through. Get asked to park. Wait another 20 minutes before having to go inside and see why it was taking so long. Someone goes to explain that it took 20 minutes to drop chicken. Wendy's everywhere in the area is just terrible
employees CUSSED us out. manager won’t answer the phone, kept making fun of the 20 I gave her when she’s a full grown adult. All rude and disrespectful, I’ve came here numerous times and every single time they are beyond rude. do NOT recommend, go anywhere else but here.
It’s NYE and we went to Wendy’s to get something to eat. We had the BEST customer service we have ever experienced. The guy at the window was super professional and then after he took our order and cashed us out, we saw him over there helping bag orders as quickly as possible. He was working so hard. I worked fast food for seven years and I know a good employee when I see one. The name on our receipt says Victor, so I believe that is the employee who provided us with such great service. Our food was outstanding as well. The kitchen crew did outstanding. The fries were fresh, the quality of the sandwich was high. Well done on all fronts. It’s one thing to work the night that no one wants to work, it’s another to show up and deliver the way this crew did tonight.
