Good food. But SNAIL 🐌 SERVICE. If you plan on going out quickly for a work lunch break. Don't. 🚫
I always spend 20-25 min of my 30min lunch break waiting in line when they're not even packed with cars. They take 7 mins just to acknowledge you at the speaker for odering....smh and they take another 12 mins to make the food...
Today I waited 25mins just for a LG fry & soda....😐

Hey guys, just riffin again here. Nothing goes down the gullet better than an A&W Burger huh? Its one of those things where everyone can remember their first! I had my first A&W Chesegburger when I was a wee tyke, just eleven years old! After seeing the sights in rome and exploring the arts of antiquity in Florence, by the time I got to Naples I was beat tired of Italian food! To my wonder, there was an A&W in the area, and it was there where I noshed my first cheesburger. Talk about food tourism!

Well, the experience I had at this A&W brought me back to that day in a way I never thought it could. My burger here was pure art, and I'll always remember it. The bun was soft and chewable, but melted my mouth in a way rice paper would. The cheese? Perfect. Melted but not too much, and flavorful to a fault! The actual patty? Incredible. Full of bursting flavor and tender as can be. I swear I cried when I took a bite of this! The fries were great too, perfectly salty and crisp as necessary.

The customer service here was also second to none. Althought I can't remember the name of who helped me, all I can say is that you could pay them all the money in the world and it wouldn't be enough! She was wildly helpful and eager to provide a wonderful experience. It was one of those situations where you just know that someone is totally passionate for their jobs. This alone is incredibly uplifting in a world where hope seems to be so fleeting. All in all, I had a wonderful time here, and if I weren't just passing through Callaway, I could see my self eating here 3 times a day 7 days a week!

Food was great. I recommend the Poppa burger. Customer service is definitely lacking here. They're rude for no reason at all. I will more than likely not be returning here. Rude workers and food do not mix.
