I have mixed feelings about this place. First I'd like to say the outcome of the food greatly depends on the location you go to. This one is up the street from me and I stick to just ordering the wings with fries. The wings are sauced pretty well but they are very small. It's quite expensive but everything is nowadays.

The manager at this America's Best Wings is rude and flat out don't care about customers. He acts as if we owe him something when we are supporting their business. He comes off as a racist towards black people. We order 20 wings one time and he gave us two, two blue cheese dipping sauces and had this dumb look on his face like what! I don't like to get violent but dang.

Excellent Customer Service, very clean. We found this spot while trying to get a late night meal. The guy who took our order was so nice and the food was priced well and the food was GOOD! I tasted a little of everyone's food and the fish and wings were good too. My plate (cheesesteak) can be seen below. The fries are seasoned well and the lemonade was tasty.Parking: Parking lot has plenty of space

DON'T GO HERE -- HORRIBLE FOOD -- HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I placed an order for 20 wings for $27.55 and asked for ten garlic Parmesan and ten moon dust. When I arrived home I learned that the moon dust wings had no flavor-they were plain. I called the restaurant to inform them and the manager was exceptionally rude. He was immediately irritated with my explanation. He then asked me to bring the food back and he would add flavor. I told him that I don't live near there and could not return. He became more irritated; and told me there was nothing he could do. I asked for a discount code for future purchase. He said there was nothing he could do. I will never go back to this dirty, unkept store.

I ordered some wings, and fries, a steak and cheese, and some onion rings, That was the nastiest meal I had in a while, The onion rings tasted like they were old drenched in oil, the fries were undercooked, the steak and cheese was bland, the wings were heavily condimented. Waste of money, I ended up throwing the food away. Just not good at all

Horrible customer service. This guy was loud with me and trying to argue but I wouldn’t give him the satisfaction. I ordered something and received a discount for my job. I then decided to another something else and the the guy behind the counter said I could only get 1 discount per visit. I asked if I cancelled my original order, would I be able to get the total discount. He couldn’t comprehend that. I asked for his name and he refused to give it. I told him about this review. Now he’s really mad!! I’m never going back!
