Burgers@ Apollo

I ordered online and added the side and drink for $5 they gave me a can soda. It was suppose to be a fountain drink. I have can sodas at home. Without no explanation that’s what they handed over and in that moment I decided I wasn’t spending extra money on a milkshake here I’ll go get a frosty from Wendy’s. Lol.

The price of the burgers do not reflect the quality. The burgers are mediocre and lack flavor and presentation.

UPDATE! ***20 days later *** owner of Apollo burger advised they initiated the process to refund, but still no refund. Bank advised they have not received a refund. Horrible service. I ordered a burger and waited over 40 minutes! NOTE: the restaurant was empty. I mentioned the long wait to one of the ladies who worked there, and she said it was due to shift change, and the lady before her forgot to communicate my order to her. I asked for a refund. The lady said she could not refund the money immediately because I did not pay cash. She stated she would call her admin to initiate the refund and that it would take 3 days to process. The lady refused to call the admin while I was present and promised she would later. I never received my burger or my refund. This restaurant stole my money, lost my service, and gained a 1-star review. I do not support this business.

Ordered a kids meal burger which comes with fries. Got home and no fries. Called they sorry! No im not coming back over there for fries. $9.01 for hamburger. Never again.

I stopped by for lunch and I was shocked it was empty. I ordered the Jive Turkey burger with fries. All ingredients tasted fresh and the portions were good.

Food was good; fried food was a little salty. Had the onions rings that were good bit a little less salt would have made them perfect

Love the vegan burger and my peeps.

The Soufeast burger was scrumptious but the lemon pancakes had no lemon, rushed, too thick and the chicken strips were dry and unseasoned. It was a to-go order but the service was wonderful.

I love live music but your place is way too small. I couldn't walk in the door I would have ruptured my ear drum. I tries to call to place an order but yall were way to busy dancing to answer the phone. Walked down to the Spot for a burger..shame one chance at a first impression. I won't come back.

Found this spot on google by searching “burgers near me” and it did not disappoint! I ordered the classic burger with sweet potato fries. The burger was juicy and delicious! It was the best burger I’ve had in awhile. Five guys who? Additionally, the customer service was on point as well. I will definitely be returning!

Happy to find a new spot to get a good burger. It was cooked well AND they have turkey bacon! Lots of places don’t have that option, so I find that to be a huge plus because my Husband doesn’t eat beef or pork. The fries were piping hot and fresh😍! The strawberry shake was good but it was a bit on the too rich side for me so I didn’t finish it. They’re supposed to have small events here so I’d like to come back and check them out again. Even without the event, I’d come back because I liked the burger and fries.
