I do not know who owns this vending machine, but it is located inside of a DC building. The machine takes your money and vendor nothing.You put dollar bills in and you don’t get an item it gives back change, you put change in it gives no items, but change. I have called the number on the machine with the location and they can’t seem to know the location of where they have their machine.

Not really a traditional review but I'm wondering if there is a no rehire policy for the company. I worked here for about two years and left on good terms as a top employee but when I apply for this location and others my application is never moved forward with despite having good experience after working here. Why is this? I didn't find a number to contact and ask about this.

Edit: Within 24 hours of being charged $1.50, the charge was updated to $3.75 to include “tip.” After numerous calls, I have been informed I can’t receive a refund because their system only shows $1.50 charge. That’s insane. Don’t ever use your debit card on a vending machine. And don’t use this company either.
I am so upset. I was at the emergency room and had to use my card on the vending machine, of which this company supplies in Northern Virginia Sentara hospital of Woodbridge, VA. Overnight the charge was adjusted to over a dollar more than originally charged to include tip. A tip for who?? The vending machine? There were no signs anywhere that forewarned that you will be tipping when you use your card. I will call at 9am and am expecting you guys to kindly refund that. I’m not paying that much money for a Red Bull, and I’m certainly not tipping a vending machine.

A very unprofessional company. Did not respond to my requests for an additional location. I guess they are not interested in more business (how stupid is that?) Never learned who my "account manager" is, nor was given contact information. When I called to confirm cancellation, nobody knew who I was nor had seen my cancellation letter. Was put on hold several times, was told I'm "obnoxious" and finally being hang up on

The management there is VERY unprofessional. They stick together to make sure that the workers go no further than when they are hired. You work looong hours forceably and get paid less. I have seen them actually set drivers up to fire them once they see that you’re growing in sales or getting others drivers to grow in sales. Canteen vending is a great company but the Suitland branch managers gives it a really bad name. They overworked a Latino pregnant woman and forced her to quit. Even other managers there that are not with the schemes have quit because they held higher morales. I can go on and on. This branch looks good on the outside but is poisonous on the inside. Don’t work for Canteen at the Suitland branch
