Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food was good and pretty fresh. There is plenty of parking at this location as well as a drive-through. We arrived around dinner time, and there was no line to wait. The staff made the food really quick with good portions. Most of the staff were friendly.

Some of the chips seemed a little soft, but nothing too bad. The store seemed cleaned, but we did take out and didn't stay.

We went to this location twice and would go back again.

The manager is super sweet and helpful he is ALWAYS WORKING AND SMILING he also stays on top of staff and customer demand

Every time I come to this store
I don't feel well
Because the store staff gives us a little food just because we are Hispanic.
But to the American people
They give you twice as much food for the same price.
I know that many of those who visit this store do the same.
I have bined many times and I watch and see the difference they make.
I hope the store owner does something about it.

How do I get a bowl and the corn is frozen. I know the corn be cold, but for the corn to be frozen it’s ridiculous

It's one of the best Chipotle locations. I'm always promptly served. They have all of the menu options available. Also, the dining room is clean.

Worst and I mean the worst it’s sad I don’t come to this location much even tho I’m from suitland this is by far the worst I came In at 9:30 around the time they are ready to leave I get it ur tired but having bad customer service when I’m paying my money the only one on tonight’s shift whom treated me with respect was the cashier I wish chipotle would stop hiring the young people with attitudes I asked for a bowl with rice cool out of white rice I wanted to add salad after my rice was already in the bowl a simple 123 fix lol the manager on dutie acted as if he didn’t hear me say I wanted salad so he walked away the young girl acted like she didn’t want to fix my order that I’m paying for like this generation no nothing about customer service at all if u don’t want to work go home and this my last time coming to the hood yall see why that girl jumped behind the counter if I wasn’t on probation I would have did the same thing lol no more racket employee please hire better staff for this location ghetto and angry in the hood is insane

It's a classic Chipotle. The food was fresh and the service was great. Everyone was helpful. The soda counter needed some attention but otherwise great.

First time at this chipotle and I’m baffled that they had no white rice nor salad dressing. How does a chipotle not have some of the main and necessary things and not know when they will? As a consumer, i do not care to hear that!!!!! 😒🙄 get it entirely together.

There was a piece of hair in my guacamole. It seem like Hispanic hair I have dreads it wasn't mine. Very disgusting

My pollo bowl was delicious but the food service area needed a wipe down. I think the workers were getting ready to reset/fill the dishes but because it did not look very appetizing and I'm not certain, I gave atmosphere a 3. The 4 stars for service is due to the fact that I saw 4 workers as I waited at the counter and none acknowledged my presence, not even a nod, smile or just a moment gesture. I understand that there may have been a language barrier (benefit of the doubt) a gesture would have at least made me feel like my presence/purchase was wanted.
Again, my food was delicious and I'm typically a person who says Chipotle is mid. Everything, including the rice, was seasoned perfectly. 👍🏽

The staff was just so nice & welcoming!! The food could have been hotter. I ate in the restaurant, less than 2 minutes after getting my food & the temperature was not the most ideal. The fact that they have a drive through will make me go out of my way when I need a meal to go!
