They are no longer open. So sad. 3/28/24

Did a online order on 3-25-24. Spent 70 dollars, went to pickup my order and the county has shut this business down on 3-18-23 on building violations. Business is shut down but the online website doesn't mention this and will still take your order. I'm going straight to the state attorney office on this. This is illegal.

I was so excited. The menus and reviews had my mouth watering. Only to get there and it’s out of business.

The Cori Midden Kitchen is a quintessential American restaurant that offers an intimate and cozy dining experience akin to a homey dining room. The exceptional customer service, coupled with food cooked from scratch, made our brunch visit with a large party quite memorable. Our waiter, Cathy, provided attentive service, ensuring our needs were met throughout the meal. We indulged in a variety of brunch items, with favorites including the catfish nuggets and cornbread, alongside lamb chops(small lamb chops), deviled eggs, and fried tomatoes. For our entrees, the shrimp omelette, French toast, chicken and waffles, and catfish and grits were all exquisite. Despite a few minor mishaps, the overall experience was delightful, and I highly recommend this establishment for its delicious food. It was a nice touch when the chef personally greeted our table, adding to the warmth of the experience. Advisable to book your reservation in advance, I look forward to returning in the future.

This place consistently has good food. Started eating here during the pandemic. I'm not crazy about the salads, but everything else is on point, A little pricy, but the food seems freshly made, and I've had about everything on the menu. Lamb chops are a special treat. Fried chicken is delicious and probably the best value on the menu.

They add tip however they try to hide it by not giving an atomized receipt. So I typed on top of a tip, and I will not revisit due to bad practices in that part aloan. Food was good. server was also except for the theft part. Everything was great.

Only good points is the decor. Food is ok. Service is horrible. In fact, automatic gratuity is included. I came into town to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Wish I had went to DC or across the street to Red Lobster.

I came at 7p.m.: The idea of this place is nice, but the execution is horrible. The service is near non-existent and on top of that, they put in a 17% automatic gradituity!1. Pay your workers so they don't need automatic gradituity2. DO BETTER!

I discovered Cori's during the pandemic. I'd never met a tasty Brussel sprout in my life. Until Cori's. Ordered the Creole salmon, and the entire meal was delicious. I've been hooked ever since. Can't say everything is perfect. But the things I like there are pretty damn good. Creole burger, spiced pork chop, corn bread deviled eggs. Long wait times during brunch but well worth it. Plan ahead.

One of the most poorly run establishments I have ever had the unfortunate luck of walking into. Total joke.

The food is amazing I only wish the service was as good. I had a bad experience with the manager who was rude. I spoke with the owner and she tried to smooth it over. She was kind but the damage was done. I will only go there for takeout moving forward.

I absolutely love supporting minority owned businesses and being from Prince George's County, it's even sweeter when the business is in my beloved home town! Located on the ground floor of an old school Suitland office midrise building, Cori's is yet another quality restaurant added to a revitalized area. Cori's has a very nice sized dining area and a cool separate bar scene where you can catch your favorite game! My first time out, I chose to kick it at the bar. It was lunch time and the staff seemed a bit disoriented, however, they were quite pleasant. After browsing the menu and recognizing I wasn't super hungry, I went for the fish nuggets and the jumbo Sambal shrimp. Both were excellent and are must haves! The lamb chops looked amazing but seemed to be a bit overpriced for an appetizer @ $30. I will definitely return when I have more of an appetite because there were so many items on the menu I'm dying to try! Thank you Cori's for giving us natives more food options than the old school Red Lobster across the street..LOL!!
