Neither coffee drink ordered had actual coffee. They tried to make us pay for a third coffee that they made by accident. They tried to not give us our second donut. None of the people working the register/front were trying to be helpful (only arguing back) and we were the only customers in line at the time. Dunkin is my favorite coffee shop, but this one is a big no. I would go to Starbucks or go without before coming back here.

I have been going here since the early 80s. The store front has changed, but it still has that same great donut smells when you walk in. Parking out front is easy.

This place has the rudest most ignorant employees I have encountered in a while. We stopped in on Sunday 10/5 for a couple drinks and a toasted bagel. We'll the first girl could not figure out how to enter our drink orders because there was not a pre determined picture of them for her to select. She got frustrated and handed us off to another employee. She was able to get the order entered, but not correctly. Somehow our 2 drinks and a bagel came to $29! I asked her to read back the order, which was obviously incorrect. She huffed and cleared it out to start over like it was out fault she cant work the register properly. She finally got it entered correctly. However, one of the drinks, a simple iced coffee with cream and no sugar, was made so light that all you could taste was the cream. We asked if they could simply top it off with a little more coffee to fix the problem. She said 'sure', but would have to charge us for another coffee! That is unheard of! Never before have i been charged for a business to correct a mistake that they made. Needless to say we cancelled the order altogether. We have tried calling to talk to a general manager about our experience, but keep getting the run around every time we call. Most recently, we were told to 'suck it'. We will never go back there again.
DUNCAN DONUT CLINTON, MARYLAND
HORRIBLE! ORDERED 2 TURKEY SAUSAGE, EGG, CHEESE, ON ENGLISH MUFFIN. WHEN I GOT HOME THE SANDWICH WAS BURNT, OVER COOK, BREAD RUBBERY AND ONE SANDWICH HAD NO CHEESE! WORST EVER! AND NO TELEPHONE NUMBER LISTED TO CALL THE STORE.
Nasty unsanitary looks like they don’t clean flys and bugs all over the donuts and they still serve to customers bugs on the windows chairs and table dirty 🤮

Purchased a brown sugar expresso, which was, but the service was not pleasant 😑 😐 😕.
I've been coming to DD for over 30 years. Never have I had one tell me they dont carry decaf every time I ask for it. Hashbrowns are always undercooked, and cold. Espresso machine doesn't work properly.
Normally this is a decent Dunkin. I was there recently, using the drive-thru. Ordered a refresher with NO ICE. I was informed there would be a charge for NO ICE. Never heard of such a thing. There wasn't anything on the electronic menu board to indicate this. I thought I was being pranked. I asked why. She couldn't/wouldn't explain. So you can imagine how that circular conversation went. At the end of the conversation I saw that I was charged just for the drink. As I get to the window, I gave the lady my card. Imagine my shock when I saw the price increase by $1.00+. And she charged my card the hiked amount. I demanded my dollar back and got it. My problem is the lack of information to make an informed decision. Since nothing is posted today it's $1 tomorrow it may be $2. The day after $.50. As a customer who's to know? After some research and reading posts on Reddit this apparently is a thing at a very few Dunkin locations. Management/Owner-suggestion. If you want to nickel and dime your customers, post the notice on the menu board and make sure your employees, if asked, are able to articulate why you/they are nickel and diming your/their customers. Or you could give the reduced amount of beverage to reflect the missing ice. Now that I'm aware of this wretched practice at this location, I will happily spend my coins elsewhere.
Officer Washington Post owes my boys some cherry crullers and a coffee, stat. Purple flag.
