Food taste like it’s freezer burned or something. Hash browns were burnt. I received my drink without it being stirred. I had to do it myself. Just ewww. & the price is way more than other locations. Will not be back. I rather go to the Accokeek location or the one in va.

Recently moved into this area and have gone into this store for the past 5 days and the customer service is horrible! The ladies pretend to speak no English but they are running the register and drive thru?? Make it make sense. They will fuss and cuss at thecustomer's. The sudanese lookomh woman has the nastiest attitude. Its been everytime. So today i decided to order online so o didnt have to deal with them. Ole lawd why did i do that? Iwas told my meal wasnt ready. Then i was told i ordered at the wromg store! After going back and forth they found my now cold order over with the Uber orders! I can get coffee and a sandwich from WaWa!!! Never again!.

Didn't have the donut I wanted even though it allowed me to order it online. saw employee wipe his nose while behind the counter. Charges $1 extra for non-dairy milk added to coffee.

This location of Dunkin Donuts charges $17.99 for a dozen donuts. This is almost $5 more than other Dunkin locations. Imagine my surprise when I came to this Dunkin Donut and there was no line in the drive through. Yesterday, I ordered a small coffee and a dozen donuts and it cost $20 and some change. Needing the donuts for a work meeting, I went on ahead and got them, but I will never order from this price gouging Dunkin Donut again. When I called to speak to the manager, she said the franchise owner selects the price of the donuts. These donuts were not special. They were not extra fancy. Just regular donuts. There was no line because others have wised up to how expensive this location is. Fair warning, unless you don't mind spending $17.99 for a dozen, non gourmet, regular Dunkin Donuts, then find another regular priced Dunkin location.

It was still 7:30 when I got to Dunkin’ Donuts but according to google they close at 8. Cars were outside the location but no one was in the building, very disappointing.
Great service and the food is fresh unlike the one across from Andrews Air Force

They made my ice latte incorrectly. When I asked them about it, she insisted it was correct. It was missing milk but I guess that is how they make it here. I'm giving it two stars due to the fact that it was clean in the lobby and the order came out fast.

The majority of time their donuts aren't fresh, this includes their other location up the street by Andrews. The staff is typically friendly though. Update: 2 years later went again for donuts, still not fresh and soft, donuts still hard. Two new locations are opening in Rivertown and Woodyard Road, will try those
