I'm so sad to leave this review because I was super excited to try this. I will start with the positive notes: the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with recommending good options. The food was ready relatively quickly; about 15 minutes. We ordered 2 rasta pasta meals, 2 crown royal peach cobblers, surf and turf egg rolls, and the hot fried chicken sandwich with mac n cheese and sweet potato waffle fries. My son said his chicken sandwich was pretty good. The hot sauce was served on the side. His meal did look pretty good. My bf enjoyed the surf and turf eggrolls as well.Now the negatives: our rasta pasta meals looked good on first glance but the shrimp were either extremely overcooked or old. It had a rubbery texture and was not edible. The chicken in the pasta had too much all spice seasoning which made it unpleasant. I ended up just eating the noodles. The peach cobbler doesn't look anything like the beautiful picture. It was too soggy and I didn't get any crust taste. Unfortunately, we didn't finish it. Our food came to $98 and I was disappointed ?. From the pictures and website, the establishment had an upscale vibe but it's a pretty standard carry out location (which isn't a bad thing just different than I expected). I hope that this was just a bad day.

Fourk’d is the absolute GEM of Padgett’s Corner. The food was AMAZING. If you like salty, greasy and bland food in minuscule portions: YOU WON’T FIND ANY OF THOSE HERE @ FOURK’D. I tried this place based on the 4.8 rating. Boy was I disappointed. Ordered the Brussels sprout, spinach dip, peach cobbler and the chicken and shrimp pasta. The Brussels sprouts were cooked to long to the point they were mushy. First time I've ever had them like that. Needless to say they were horrible. Next up was the spinach dip - I don't know what it was other than nasty. It had this weird taste. Next up was the pasta dish. Now that was okay. Nothing extraordinary just okay. Lastly the peach cobbler. Being from the south this was not fresh homemade cobber. It was brown and not yellow. May we just ordered the wrong thing. Very disappointed in the food. 3 out of 10Correction - it was collard green dip

The food is delicious and the service was amazing. I went there for the first time and ordered the salmon bites and smoked chicken. The deviled eggs is a must have. The collard greens and sweet potato casserole was seasoned nicely. I will return.

My family and I ordered the Thanksgiving dinner that fed 10, when I tell you we were more than satisfied is an understatement. The sliced house smoked turkey breast was so tender and seasoned very well (big slices)!!! The mac and cheese, seafood dressing, collard greens, sweet potato casserole, peach cobbler & cornbread was perfect ALL was so delicious! I have already referred some of my friends. Thanks Derrick & Partners - we appreciated you!

The food here is really good (O-K Fourk'd ???♀️). I don't live nearby and I'm greedy, so I ordered A LOT! Fried shrimp and fried chicken wings with greens, mac and cheese, an extra side of potato salad, peach strawberry iced tea and Crown Royal peach cobbler; total was under $42. The meals come with sweet and cakey cornbread, which was a nice surprise. I like that they give the option of two proteins. My shrimp were a little salty, and my chicken could've used that extra salt, but they were both crispy and cooked perfectly. I got two of the three sauces I requested, one mumbo and one lemon pepper honey- both were good with the meal, I just wish there was a stronger lemon presence in the honey. I like a sharper cheese flavor in my mac, but it was seasoned well and had a great consistency. The potato salad was tasty, but I had a couple bites of potato that was under. The tea was also good. I would've preferred ice, but it was cold, flavorful and a nice compliment to the meal. The only thing I didn't enjoy were the greens. I don't know if the pot liquor sat for a while, but it had a flavor I didn't prefer. Unfortunately, they didn't have the peach cobbler (which was promptly refunded), but judging by everything I ate, it's prolly good! ? Service was prompt and very professional, the place was neat and tidy, and I liked the festive Halloween decor. Fourk'd is an asset to MD's food scene, and I hope to be back for a visit soon!

Fried catfish & sweet potatoes bussdown ! The collard green are perfect! Mac & cheese perfect! The pineapple lemonade was good too ! The cornbread was sweet and moist ! Service was great and the staff are friendly and very helpful in deciding what to pick from the menu as a first timer. Will be making this my goto whenever i want some good homey soulfood !Vegetarian options: They have vegan options on the menu that are good too !

Smoked wings, fried whiting, Mac and cheese, collard greens, rasta pasta, and pineapple lemonade!! I ordered food and lemonades for my mother and aunt as well and they had zero complaints (for once ?)!And I can’t give this review without mentioning the awesome customer service and just overall great vibes and energy from all staff!By the evening I wanted to order again but they were closed. Now that I know the business hours, I’ll be back promptly after work on Thursday! ? I also already decided they will be catering my house blessing! ??Note: It is all cooked to order, so expect a wait! Calling in your order ahead of time is recommended! Also follow them on social media to keep up with their specials!All around great experience that truly fed my soul!!

Huntie...When I tried the shaved ribeye and shrimp w/smoked gouda egg roll...I knew it was gonna be HEAVEN!!The roll was all of it and the four'd MUMBO sauce...I need this in a bottle. I will return to try out a few other items on the menu. I met one of the chef/oweners and he was very friendly along with the lady in the front at the register...
