Annoying unprofessional practice of closing earlier than the listed closing time of 10pm. Turned away 3 potential customers 15 minutes before closing. This was my second time rushing over right after work just to be turned away at 9:45pm. Ew.The one time I caught them the tapioca pearls were hard in the middle. The staff is kind enough, but the practices and product leave much (!) to be desired.

This place is so fun if you love a variety of Asian foods, and this evening I happened to walk in on a fantastic live jazz band playing by the bar. Last time, we had Korean tacos and tempura, this time I’m having croffles, miso soup, and spaghetti. (I know it’s weird but it’s all so delicious)

the doughnuts! OMG lots of selection on teas. the music was a bit too loud inside for me and had some profanity in the lyrics , but otherwise it was very clean facility and i will definitely be returning : )Parking: Lots of parking available.

The customer service here was incredible. The staff is very friendly and offer recommendations. I decided to try the lemon wintermelon tea with basil leaves. It took less than 5 mins for my tea to be ready and it tastes so delicious. You pick your flavor, toppings, sugar level, and ice quantities. I will be returning again to try another flavor!

I went to a busy food hall for lunch that has this bubble tea spot and I'm so glad I did. You order at a kiosk and someone from the staff calls your number when your order is ready. Entire food hall is pretty noisy so you are able to get a text if you don't hear your number called. The place was pretty busy when I got there but the friendly staff was getting orders out fairly quickly. I ordered a sparkling peach tea with mango popping pearls for carry out and it was amazing. I highly recommend coming here for a nice cool drink! I know I'll definitely be back again.

This store plus the whole Spot, is just a great area to get food and drinks. If you haven't been here, I highly suggest a visit. The drinks were full of flavor, there's tons of options, and the surrounding food places perfectly compliment whatever flavor of drink you get.

It was such a nice surprise to find this when I recently went to the area for brunch and was so nice to be able to go to Gong Cha for my "dessert" I had the Earl Grey boba tea and it was delicious! Close to the house and reasonable so will definitely go back again!

It was good! I just got a classic milk tea with regular boba and some ice for a fair price and it came out quick. Would get again!

I've gone to Gona Cha every Saturday since they open. Worst experience at the Spot in Camp Springs Maryland. Service was so awful I had to leave. They have new folks working there. I waited 30 minutes for a shake. I ordered the shake before I ordered food from two other restaurants. I speak with the cashier and wait 10 more minutes until finally asking for the manager. will not go back unless I see new barista

The food is a lot better than the boba
