Every worker is rude, unfriendly, and have no sense of urgency when it comes to filling orders. Everyone acts as if they don’t want to be there.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I ordered on door dash from this popeyes location and I got a call from my dasher saying that the workers at popeyes said my order was stolen. They refused to replace my order, or even cancel my order so that I could get a refund. They said that I had to do it on my end and cancel the order. They said that the store couldn’t cancel my order and said the only way for me to get my food was to pay again. This was a lie because all stores on door dash are able to cancel orders for various reasons, such as running out of an item. If I canceled the order on my end I would not have been able to get any of my money back. So I would have paid the store twenty dollars and gotten NOTHING for my money. I had to wait for the store to close and then door dash automatically refunded me. VERY unprofessional and I will NEVER be going back to this location ever again.

Get ready to wait 20 minutes for food you preordered 15 minutes before getting to the location.
Did everything slow, a male employee went on a little rant about working there before leaving, chicken on a container on the floor behind the counter, my food barely had lettuce on it and was barely warm…not coming back here again.

I got there around 2PM and the line was long. The Manger jumped in and the line moved quickly.

Staff was attentive and nice. They didn't have any coleslaw this time and tables were dirty. There was a line but it went by pretty quick with two workers on the register.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Popeyes. Staff is running all over the place with no direction. Managers just watching chaos happen with a huge line of customers.

This is the most disorganized fast food joint I have ever been to. The staff has no sense of urgency, the cashier had her headphones in her ears. Everybody is running around the kitchen like a chicken with its head cut off.

I have been coming to this Popeyes because of my job, it’s near by ! But today I had the worse experience ever !! Usually food is tasty! I mean I love Popeyes! But today’s meal $50+ food was drieddddd!!! And a dark skin lady who took my order was sooo rude!!! It seems like he or she! Because yeah he got offended when I spoke to him as a “HE” which I thought he was ! Have in mind I’m from the community ! So no homophobic here!! Food was missing and dry and customer service under the floor! Try to better next time!

Workers always arguing , food take 20 minutes minimum, then when you get home it tastes old

Food was really good compared to other Popeyes in the area. We had to wait for food to finish cooking but it was worth it because it was hot and fresh. The location was ok. No drive through but the food quality made it worth going inside.

Online order took 30 mins and they forgot to add all my sauces.
